  a new EUWEB’s partner;

• EUWEB Meeting at the Université Lumière Lyon 2, France 15-16 January
  2020. EUWEB announce the cooperation with the Université Lumière Lyon
  2, France;

• On February 2020, EUWEB strengthen institutional cooperation. The
  President of the Supervisory Court of Salerno, Monica Amirante
  accepted our invitation to join the EUWEB Module’s activities.

2. Training Activities
2.1. Establishment of the Secretariat of the EUWEB Module

The Members of the Secretariat conducted the following activities:

➢ Pure basic research: research of documents, sources and judgements;

➢ Strategic basic research: selection of documents, sources and judgements in order
  to undertaken to acquire new knowledge;

➢ Applied research: elaboration of original work undertaken primarily to acquire
  new knowledge with a specific application in view;

➢ Experimental development: elaboration of systematic work, using existing
  knowledge gained from research or practical experience.

2.1. Establishment of the Secretariat of the EUWEB Module

• In the Secretariat we promoted the Peer Education method that is a
  didactic methodology based on a process of transmission of knowledge
  and experiences among the members of a peer group, within a plan that
  foresees aims, times, ways, roles and well structured tools.

• Our activities have been recognized by the Council of the Salerno Bar
  Association with the attribution of training credits.

• Open Inaugural Conference, 2nd March 2020;

• 16 Lectures from March to June 2020;

• A “awareness” cultural initiative for Albanian students in collaboration
  with PAMECA V, EURALIUS V, the Italian Superior School of the
  Magistracy, the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation and the
  Albanian School of Magistrates, 30 April 2020;

The best papers, selected by the Commission including the Module’s
Teaching Staff Members, have been discussed during the Final Conference of
23 June 2020.

3.1.1 Recognition of ECTS

•   Foreign students, who participated to the Module and presented a final paper,
    subject to evaluation by the Module’s Teaching Staff Members, have been
    recognized the number of 6 (six) ECTs;

•   Students of the Department of Legal Sciences of the University of Salerno, who
    participated in the Module and submit a final paper have been recognized from 2
    (two) to 6 (six) ECTs as required for the performance of "other activities" pursuant
    to Article 10, Paragraph 5 - Letter a) of the Ministerial Decree No. 270/2004;

•    The number of ECTs has been decided by the Commission composed of the
    Module’s Teaching Staff Members on the basis of the students’ participation in the
    lectures (at least 70%) and substantial assessment of the submitted paper.

  Home Affairs” (EUWEB), July 2020.
• The Special Issue will elucidate the results of the first edition
  of the EUWEB Module with the participation of several our
  speakers.
