New Features

 • We have launched a new connector for M365 - Skype for Business.

Skype for Business is an enterprise real-time communication system to provide unified
communication services. The On-premise solution allows availing all of the features, have full
control of the infrastructure (servers and devices), and ability to customize the solution as per
     business requirement.

Below are represented the activities that are captured with this connector:

          o Messages between users
          o Persistent chats
          o Conference messages
o Participant joined events (Persistent chats)
o Participant left events (Persistent chats)

 • In addition to Newsfeed and Site page, the SharePoint connector now captures:

         o Document libraries
         o Picture libraries
         o Custom lists

 • We have implemented a new feature where the SharePoint connector will provide the latest
version of the document attached to the body, and will add additional information in case of
editing the document one or several times, which means that the body of the output EML will
     include:

o The modified date of each edit, comment
o The user who modified the document
         o Version number

 • A new Include original data as attachment feature has been implemented in the Microsoft
Teams via Export API connector, to optionally enable/disable the option of including original
content as an attachment in the output EML.

 • The dependency on .NET 3.5 has been removed.

                                                                                             Page | 6

Enhancements
 • Cisco Webex Teams | Group Membership

The connector has been enhanced to capture group membership events, such as room
     joining and leaving activities.

 • Cisco Webex Teams | Deleted messages

We now have the ability to capture the deleted messages (texts and attachments) since Cisco
Webex made the feature of retrieving deleted content available in its APIs.

 • Citrix ShareFile | Request Files event

As Citrix Files for Outlook allows users with a ShareFile license to request files using the URL in
the Email body through the ShareFile add-on, we have enhanced the connector to capture
     these file-request events.

 • EML | Message Threading

Now messages are threaded based on similar header key pair values - Subject, To and From
fields, so that the user can thread emails with related content into one message.

 • Slack eDiscovery | Threading
To preserve the context in case of replying to the parent message, now there will be a thread
including the parent message, the previous replies that have already been captured, and the
     latest reply.

 • SMTP Target/Folder Target

An alternative SMTP address is now added to the “To” field in the output EML to in case the
“To” field is empty so that applications can process incoming regular and envelope messages.

 • Workplace from Facebook

Graph API version 10.0 is now supported.

                                                                                               Page | 7

        • Yammer | CSV Structure

Merge1 now handles the new structure of the Yammer CSV files where new columns
ParentID and DelegateID have been added into the Yammer CSV structure. This caused an
Invalid date/time string error as the other values were printed in wrong columns due to the
shifted columns caused by newly added ones.

        • Yammer | Advanced Configuration Options

The Do not download data modified after option has been added to the connector Advanced
configuration options on the Source tab.

Fixed Issues
        • An issue with the Cisco Webex Teams connector has been resolved where the Exclude file
type feature was not working properly.

        • An issue with the Slack eDiscovery connector has been fixed to have the Date and time
              format saved after changes.

        • An issue has been addressed to specify a CSV path on the Filter tab. Previously, an error was
thrown stating that the file did not exist.

Known Issues1
        • Messages with long names aren't captured in the OneDrive connector.
        • If the file name is long, the file is captured without any extension in the Google Drive
              connector.

1
All the listed issues are to be fixed in the coming releases.

                                                                                                         Page | 8
