This is a lyrical workshop for pre-teens to adults of
all levels (note: experience in ballet, jazz, or both is
helpful). Lyrical is a combination of movements from
ballet and jazz that expresses the music or lyrics in
a more emotive way than the more classic styles of
dance. We will do a warm-up, stretching, across the
floor, a short lyrical style dance, and maybe some
choreography/improvisation! Wear clothes that you
can move easily in and jazz shoes, ballet slippers or
