Q1 Market Update - Continued Acceleration As we close in on the end of Q1 we have seen sustained growth in asking rental rates and sale prices. Waterloo has seen the value of its industrial land creep toward the $1M/Acre mark and net lease rates are reaching double-digit figures. As long as construction costs continue to climb, land remains scare and interest rates low, we expect to see these trends to continue into Q2-Q3. The Industrial Market has proven to not only be resilient to the pandemic but has been driven by it.
