operation
The VENUS 6400 WMS is the cashless, time-controlled
accounting system for washing, mangling, spinning, drying,
etc.
The operating mode can be changed by the operator at any
time. For the pulse mode, the device is equipped with a
230V extinguishing input to delete the time.
Payment is made via your application-specific chip card.
This is charged by the operator on the device in advance.

With the MZZ MAXI series, any number of services can be

The DUO XXL device series is used for time-controlled bil-
ling and is particularly suitable for tanning beds, wellness,
fitness, saunas and laundries.
The single variant is designed for controlling a single de-
vice. With the multi variant, up to 32 * end devices can be
controlled.
Both variants have the legally required implementation of
the 110% safety shutdown for solariums, as well as the UV
protection ordinance.
With the “Commander XXL” option, secure Internet remote
access to all information on the DUO XXL is possible. This
enables you z. B. the immediate review and controlling of the
daily income.
Furthermore, remote maintenance by the service staff is
ensured. A receipt printer can also be connected.

The devices of the CardPoint series have been designed
for contactless and cashless payment transactions and
thus offer the possibility of meeting current hygiene requi-
rements.
The use of the CardPoint series is particularly suitable for
tanning beds, wellness, fitness, saunas and laundries. All
forms of „cashless“ * payment methods are supported via
NFC (card or SmartPhone) or magnetic strips (e.g. EC
card). The legally prescribed UV protection ordinance has
also been implemented perfectly with this product series.
With the „Commander XXL“ option, a secure
Internet remote access to all information on the CardPoint

Studio manager software
With the HELIOTEX studio manager software you control
your entire tanning studio in a highly professional manner.
HELIOTEX works in accordance with the Cash Register Act
(German GoDB) and has the legally required TSE securi-
ty system. All customer information is with you, strangers
have no access to it (German GDPR-compliant).
The UV protection ordinance was implemented in the stu-
dio manager software in accordance with the law and in full.
Customer advice for the customer is possible on a second
screen and the associated tanning plan can be printed out.
Your customers can conveniently pay with the studio‘s own
customer chip card, subscription club card, voucher or in
cash.
Up to 24 solariums can be controlled directly by the HELIO-
TEX by using a data bus. Many other software functions
such as evaluations and statistics, device management
and device reservation are already implemented in the
HELIOTEX Article no.: 211370 HELIOTEX studio manager software. The Holtkamp chip
Software card terminal can be connected directly to the PC without
an adapter.

Up to 32 switch boxes can be connected to each control.
They are reliably networked with the controller via a 2-wire

Studio management / money changer
The SunCash III realizes for a tanning salon / laundromat a
complete money changer and chip card management sys-
tem, which can be expanded with the option „switch box“ to
a complete control of up to 32 consumers .
Cashless payment transactions can be done by using cre-
dit cards, prepaid cards, etc. The cashless payment method
can be used to purchase time and to revaluation Holtkamp
chip cards type 11 (“reloading”). All possible forms of cash-
less payment are supported (contactless NFC, contact-ba-
sed, magnetic stripe).
An integrated telemetry function (e.g. via mobile radio) is
used to verify the means of payment, for example at the ope-
rator‘s bank, and it also enables remote maintenance of the
cashless device and the transactions made by the operator
with a normal browser on a PC or smartphone (Android or
iOS).
Cash payment with coins and banknotes is also possible.

The Holtkamp chip cards (type 11) are used for cashless
payment with the DUOXXL, CardPoint and VENUS devices
as well as for the HELIOTEX studio manager software. The
chip cards are for the individual studios personalized and can
only be used there.
As a result of the revaluation with an amount (chip card type
11), the service is pre-financed.
The Holtkamp chip cards we can provide you with a indivi-
dual printing . The printable data can be provided or created
by us. If your print data is created by us, we calculate layout
costs according to the effort. With every print you will recei-
ve a proof of correction or, if you wish, a sample card for
approval. If you don‘t want your own print, we‘ll deliver ours
standard blank chip card.
