GARMIN G500/600 TXi PFD/MFD ELECTRONIC FLIGHT DISPLAY G500 TXi and G600 TXi glass touchscreens integrate with the GNS and GTN series of GPS/Nav/Coms to provide a fully certified glass panel solution. Reliable attitude/heading reference system(s)(AHRS) replaces the old-style, maintenance-prone mechanical gyros in your aircraft. Available in 7” portrait and in a larger 10.6” horizontal format, the TXi displays offer a variety of configurations to fit your panel and budget. The 10.6” displays accommodate PFD information and a multi-function display (MFD) within the same unit. Optional engine, fuel and electrical readouts can also be viewed in a vertical strip alongside the PFD/MFD information on the 10.6” display. The 7” portrait format can be dedicated to PFD (with HSI map), MFD or EIS displays, and the 7” is configured to provide a dedicated, standalone EIS display. GARMIN G5 ELECTRONIC FLIGHT INSTRUMENT Boasting a bright, 3.5” sunlight readable LCD display, the G5 EFIS is a certified attitude indicator replacement for most aircraft. Valid for flight under VFR and IFR conditions, G5 is an economical upgrade path for anyone seeking an electrically driven attitude indicator with greater dependability and internal redundancy over vacuum-driven attitude flight instruments. G5 fits a standard 3-1/8 inch instrument hole, and is only 3 inches in depth so it easily integrates into a wide range of aircraft, plus it serves as a secondary source for altitude, airspeed and vertical speed. Installation is simple and easy as G5 integrates with the aircraft’s existing pitot/static system and displays attitude, airspeed, altitude, vertical speed, slip/skid, turn rate, ground track, configurable V-speed references, barometric setting and selected altitude as well as visual alerts upon arriving at the pre-selected altitude. The built-in GPS provides GPS-based track and groundspeed information, and a dedicated rotary knob allows for easy adjustments to altitude bugs and barometric pressure settings. As part of the STC, G5 includes a 4-hour back-up battery and you can easily see battery status in the upper left hand corner of the display. The safety-enhancing capabilities of G5 revolutionize general aviation by bringing modern attitude reference to thousands of aircraft that would otherwise depend on older, vacuum-driven equipment. WAAS GPS input is required for G5 EFIS and can be direct from a GA-35 Antenna or from a GNS or GTN navigator. GARMIN GTX-335/GTX-345 ADS-B TRANSPONDER The GTX 335 and GTX 345 are all-in-one ADS-B transponders, which include Extended Squitter (ES) ADS-B “Out” with an option for a built-in WAAS position source as well as dual-link ADS-B “In.” With the most compatibility options in the industry, these new transponders display on a wide variety of current and legacy Garmin displays, including select G1000® integrated flight decks. L - 3 C O M M U N I C AT I O N S NGT-9000 ADS-B TRANSPONDER The NGT-9000 Lynx® MultiLink Surveillance System (MSS) is a Dual Mode 1090ES and 978 ADS-B system that is designed for either 14v or 28v installations. In addition to being a Mode ES transponder, it is also a traffic system, MFD, GPS/WAAS and datalink weather system for your cockpit. It’s a simple replacement for your old transponder that’s packed full of ADS-B benefits. Using an intuitive layout and touchscreen interface, the Lynx NGT-9000 is a single box solution that balances today’s needs with tomorrow’s flight environment. You get ADS-B traffic, a Mode S Extended Squitter transponder with a compliant GPS/WAAS position source, NEXRAD graphical and textual weather, as well as moving maps. The ESI-500 fits in a three-inch round case, so it can be installed in a standard instrument cutout. The optional internal L-3 database powers a synthetic vision display with terrain alerting and obstacles. The high-resolution ESI-500 includes altitude, attitude, slip/skid and vertical speed, and an ARINC 429 interface accepts navigation data to drive vertical and horizontal nav indicators. Metric altitude and altimeter settings can be selected by the pilot. An optional magnetometer is available for magnetic heading display. During installation, the ESI-500’s airspeed tape can be programmed for Vne and Vmo airspeed limitations. Battery life of the internal lithium-ion battery is guaranteed for one hour, but can last up to three hours. Stormscope quickly and accurately provides real-time, lightning and associated weather hazard information as well as turbulence and wind shear. Stormscope is unique in its ability to detect electrical activity as a storm builds, so it can show pilots which areas to avoid. For pilots who already have data link weather, the addition of a Stormscope system provides the complete picture as its happening. WX-500 display lightning information at ranges of 25nm to 200nm as easily interfaces with Garmin GNS and GTN series Navigators, as well as all of Garmin EFIS and multifunction displays. It is also compatible with Avidyne and Aspen multifunction displays. Lightning may be shown in strike or cell mode and is viewable on the MFD as a dedicated page or an overlay on the moving map.
