The Artist
I am a Perth based professional artist since 2010, working in all mediums from oil paints on canvas to illustrated
children’s book. My artwork has always been referred to as bright, colourful, fun, entertaining and upli�ing. The
opportunity to create public murals to be enjoyed by all ages and demographics, incorporating connection between
of nature and community appeals greatly to the type of art I love to create!
My strong recognizable style, and with the ability to adapt to the level of sophistication required to suit individual
projects, I’m always looking forward to new and interesting opportunities and locations to continue to build my
public and personalized art por�olio throughout Western Australia. Recent public art projects have involved the
community, utilities like Water Corp, City of Bayswater, Wes�ield Whi�ord City and the City of Joondalup for the
double sided Sorrento mural along West Coast Drive and recently Karrinyup Library, and the ‘Blue Tree Project’
oil painting. I have been involved with many public art projects involving kids and schools as my style has a board
appeal that both children and adults appreciate.
Selling hundreds of original artworks and thousands of prints over the past 10 years makes my work very recognizable
to a large audience of art lovers in WA and down south there are a number of galleries, cafes and tourist stores
my artwork can be found. This inspires me to push my designs and artistic quality to match my high level for mural
artworks, ensuring a quality and highly detailed product with every public art project.

Water Corporation ‘Splash of Colour’ projects
The South Perth Pump Station, is located along the South
Perth Esplanade. It is next to a children’s park, large grass
area, the Swan River and the Mean St Jetty where the Ferry
docks. This location invited a lot of ideas to connect the
celebration of water, nautical themes from the Ferry and
children of the park.

Pool Garden Private Commission
This mural was a subtle solution to create
interesting floral art around a pool area, with a
beautiful hero element in the centre.
This mural uses the environment a lot, the
closeness to coast, the breezy area, the pool
and summer feel and the interaction of the art
with the garden, connects all these elements
together. I also made use of the actual plants
shadows in some areas to create the shapes
on the walls.

Overview
I received the Art Award when graduating high school, and then was educated in the field DESIGN majoring
in animation. Following this I spent over 10 years as a production manager and lead 3D Animator in a Perth
Studio designing and creating visualisations for the major mining companies in WA and the world.
In 2010 I started my art career as a fine artist and over the past 10 years have established myself in the Perth
community as a professional artist selling over 150 oil paintings of the value up to $9,000 for a piece.
Some notable art projects over the past year include: ‘Bright Tales’ exhibition with Donald James Waters OAM,
an oil painting with gold nugget and argyle pink diamonds embedded, the Blue Tree Project oil painting and
Exhibition to raise awareness for mental health, my first illustrated children’s picture book released in 2020,
and am currently working on my artwork to be used as the style for a coffee franchise.
During sorry week in 2020, an 11 minute animation for the Department of Health which I designed, created
the digital artwork for and animated was released to an amazing response and since has stemmed new
projects to follow.
Also of the past 2 years I’ve found many public mural projects have involved community development with
children. Water Corporation at Karratha, Craigie Primary school, Mullaloo Heights primary school, Alkimos
Primary school, St James Anglican Primary School, Westfield Whitfords City and City of Joondalup with
Mullaloo Beach Primary school (Sorrento Shower Block) have all been public artworks resulting from the
ideas created in workshops with children.
