Collective Agreement Review Health & Safety THE CALGARY BOARD OF EDUCATION & CUPE LOCAL 40 You always have the RIGHT to REFUSE UNSAFE WORK In every situation that seems to feel unsafe, you have the right to contact your supervisor and question if the situation is safe to work. Article 1.02 & 1.03 Classification and Examples of Unsafe Working Conditions Unsafe working conditions are a threat to everyone, and they can occur in any environ- ment.
