classified in the various Dangerous Goods categories.
They are severely regulated and restricted, requiring very specific and sometimes
more problematic logistics processes that greatly differ
from those applied to general cargo.
Accessibility to international markets is the biggest challenge that producers face;
often hampered if not completely hindered by unsustainable costs
and unsolvable problems.
Those taking care of these shipments must be aware of a long series of
procedures, restrictions and authorisations that regulate the movement
of this type of commodity, based on the country of arrival.

of the process, whether this be linked to export procedures, shipment preparation,

Who we are and how we work
Savitransport Perfume Logistics is a division of Savitransport S.p.A., a
multinational company based in Florence, Italy, with offices worldwide.
The division was created to meet the specific requests for logistics in the sectors
linked to perfumery, home fragrance, beauty care and candles.
The aim of the Perfume Logistics Division is to offer a complete, quality orientated
logistics project that ensures clients continued assistance and dedicated services,
global coverage and unlimited access to international markets.
Our renowned experience in this very specific field has allowed us to create a
dedicated and highly skilled team of experts who have been managing perfumery
shipments and beauty care products for very many years.

Savitransport Perfume Logistics offers a complete consultancy service together
with integrated shipping solutions; from how to prepare goods for transport,
shipping, Customs Clearance to the delivery of products classified in the
Dangerous Goods categories.
Based on a detailed study of each proposed shipment a specific logistics project
is created that includes how to optimise both loading space, costs as well as
timings involved. Our work is in complete synergy with the client, aiming to
create a personalised template for the management of their international orders
by working with their various offices, from production to sales to warehousing,
to ensure each department’s priorities are met. Apart from the more obvious
