As you can imagine lockdown was a tough time for the band with all our rehearsals and engagements cancelled but we kept it together via weekly online quizzes, bingo and games. After some weeks rehearsing outdoors, we’ve now managed to get back indoors, the real rehearsals have begun and we’re now rehearsing for our Christmas concert which will be our first official band concert since Christmas 2019! As a result of some players leaving for university etc. we are also now on the lookout for new players. If you’ve played before and are looking to come back to playing or have moved to the area and are after a fun and friendly band to join then look no further! We’re particularly interested in hearing from bass (either flavour) and trombone players but would welcome any player interested in joining. We rehearse on Tuesdays, 7.30pm - 9.30pm just outside Woodbridge. In some instances we can offer instrument loan.
