A GREAT PLACE TO BE
Mnarani is a great place to be! We have done health and
fitness activities as well as sailing. Our trip to Mombasa
was welldone by our tour guide. A totally great
experience. We visited Fort Jesus and we went to Hallar
Park. A highlight of our stay was the evening activities.
We will recommend Mnarani Club to our friends, it’s quiet,
it’s out by the ocean and the people are great. African
Prestige Zambia Limited really made sure that all the

We visited Cape Town on our

living in a very nice apartment.
The tours have been so great,
especially the shopping experience. We enjoyed the V&A
Waterfront, the Peninsula drive, the Cape Point and the City
Tour. Obviously not forgetting Lion’s Head, Signal Hill and Table
Mountain. All these things were quite nice.
Being an architect I have really enjoyed my tour which was like
an architectural tour. We have seen very nice designs in very
complicated spaces. The water is also nicely married together
with nature.
The African Prestige program is so nice and we will encourage
everyone to join. The Lagoon Beach apartment is so nice
overlooking the sand beaches and the Atlantic ocean.

Ÿ A host will not receive commissions:
Ÿ when the host’s deposit is not paid in full;
Ÿ If the host has not committed and provided the appropriate 6 (six) or 8 (eight) post-dated cheques for full payment;
Ÿ If the host fails to pay their deposit, no commissions are paid and are forfeited.
Ÿ A host will receive commission:
Ÿ when their referral makes a deposit payment and it reflects in the account;
Ÿ when their referral has provided 6 (six) or 8 (eight) post-dated cheques for payment of the full purchase price.
Ÿ Referral marketing commission will be paid out at an exchange rate set by African Prestige Zambia Limited and
subject to change.
Ÿ The order of entry for new applications into the Matrix system will be in the order of when the contract is signed. This order may
change if a contract’s deposit has not been paid within the same weekly period of application entries.
Ÿ Commissions are held for 30 (thirty) days, if a portion of the host’s deposit is outstanding. A host needs to ensure that their deposit is
paid within these 30 (thirty) days or the commission will be forfeited.
Ÿ If a host fails to pay their instalments, commissions are used to settle outstanding instalments owed to the Trading Company.
Ÿ A host must continuously bring new members as well as attend the host training session and continuously meet the criteria as
determined from time to time to ensure new members are brought on board.
Ÿ In order to continuously receive commissions, the host must remain a member of African Prestige Club by re-purchasing and upgrading
before the expiry term of the membership.
Ÿ Past commissions are final, and will not be corrected.
Ÿ Placement corrections can be made, however past commission payments will not be corrected when making such placement
corrections.
Ÿ Commissions are calculated once a month, and are paid between the 22nd and 30th of every month.
Ÿ The first 2 referrals who successfully join, will become “Giveaways”, which the host will receive 15% commission of their normal
commission rate.
Ÿ From the 3rd referral and onwards who successfully joins will become the host's “Personal Introductions”, which the host will receive
100% commission.

Ÿ Should a host not provide banking details, or if the banking details of the host are incorrect, drafts will be generated and held at the
African Prestige Zambia Limited offices, and the host will be notified as such.
Ÿ Should a draft need to be re-issued, because of negligence on the host's part, then a re-issue charge of ZMW 11 530 (subject to
increase) will be deducted from the commission payment.
Ÿ The first post-dated cheque must start by the end of the following month in which the contract was signed.
Ÿ If the client wishes to pay with fewer than 6 post-dated cheques, then the cheques must be paid on the specific dates to make sure that
the instalments are always up to date at any time.
