LEADERSHIP THE VISION COURSE: & GOVERNANCE EXECUTING YOUR LEADERSHIP VISION SUMMIT February 5 » 2 p.m. – 5 p.m., February 6 » 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. King Street Ballroom This class is built on the metaphor of a journey into the mountains and during our time together you will make it all the way to the summit. As you climb the mountain with your fellow REALTOR® leaders, you will learn essential leadership skills, discover the “why” that motivates you as a leader, and create your own leadership vision. This course is highly interactive with many opportunities to discuss ideas and examples among your table of fellow climbers. You will not only learn from the instructors, but from your peers as well. Please come prepared to engage! The course will be led by fantastic instructors: Ron Phipps, ABR, CRS, e-Pro, GRI, GREEN A Broker licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He first became a REALTOR® in 1978 and has significant experience in Association Leadership. As the managing broker for Phipps Realty, Ron works with a talented multi-lingual team. Ron was the 2011 President for the National Association of REALTORS®. He has been involved in all three levels of leadership: Local, State, and National. Ron has served the organization as 2003 Regional Vice-President, 2000 Rhode Island State President, and 1993 State-Wide Multiple Listing Service President. Acknowledgments include 2001 Good Neighbor Honorable Award Recipient; 1996 Omega Tho Rho and the 1995 Rhode Island REALTOR® of the Year. Elizabeth Mendenhall, ABR, ABRM, CIPS, CRB, GRI, PMN, e-PRO As a REALTOR® and CEO with RE/MAX Boone Realty since 1996, Elizabeth is active in various organizations in Columbia, Missouri and also in the REALTOR® community.
