Las Verandas Hotel and Villas, is ready to host the wedding of your dreams. Capture the

Our Hotel
Just off the Caribbean coast of Honduras in Roatan, you will find the home of the most beautiful, luxurious,
exclusive and private Las Verandas Hotel & Villas within the Pristine Bay complex with 24-hour security. Just
twenty minutes from the international airport, Las Verandas captures the essence of Roatan with its deep blue
skies, white sand beaches and ocean views.
Las Verandas offers accommodation for the most discerning guests and features the island's only golf course,
The Black Pearl. In addition, the hotel offers a wide variety of activities, including world-class diving,
snorkeling, fishing, spa treatments and much more.
At Las Verandas you will find a new concept of accommodation that includes luxurious private villas of two to
five bedrooms with private swimming pool, hotel rooms with ocean and golf course views, two beach front
infinity edge pools, The Palapa Pool Bar and our fine dining Las Pergolas Restaurant overlooking our 1,000-
foot crescent shaped beach.
The Caribbean architecture and modern buildings of the villas and hotel rooms features large terraces and all
with views of the ocean and the second largest barrier reef in the world. We currently have 42 rooms in total
and 24-hour Reception and concierge services.
We have outdoor and indoor facilities for events of up to 120 people and a meeting room that accommodates up
to 50 people, all events with Food and Beverage services.

Our Elopement Package
Runaway with me to Las Verandas… we offer an elopement package for couples who value their privacy or just
want that special moment for themselves, in our exclusive resort carefully coordinated for that purpose.
Package for the Bride & Groom includes:
✓ A private golf cart ride to the ceremony location.
✓ Ceremony location of your choice on the beach, in the garden or pool side with arch or natural tree where
available.
✓ A non-denominational Pastor to guide you through your “I do’s”.
✓ The décor and flowers of your choice with a bouquet and boutonniere. *
✓ A guitarist playing your favorite tunes as you arrive. *
✓ A photographer to capture every moment. *
✓ An exclusive gourmet 3 course meal with a bottle of champagne set up on the beach or indoor private dining
room. *
✓ A 1 or 2-tier wedding cake with décor of your choice. *
Packages available Sundays-Thursdays from 12noon-8pm.

If you opt out of our wedding packages to use our hotel as a venue and lodging option, you are required to hire your own
wedding planner that will have to sign a responsibility contract with the hotel. The wedding planner is completely
responsible for all decorations and assembly and disassembly requirements including the necessary personnel.
The hotel will supply the following services which must be paid directly to the hotel by the person responsible for the
event:
➢ Venue Fee
➢ Catering
➢ Corkage fees
➢ Additional charges these include the following:
✓ Additional last-minute guests: Pays price per plate + tax and service of menu selection.
✓ Any specialty food brought in by the wedding party that require storage, preparation and set-up by the
hotel. Only non-cooking items are allowed. Pays $100 per every 20 lbs.
✓ Energy Surcharge for 3 or more man-band or DJ with heavy equipment: Pays $250.00 per event.
✓ Installation Personnel Support Fee: Pays $30.00 per hour for a max of 4 installers. The hotel can help
supply additional personnel to assist with assembly and disassembly requirements, however the hotel nor
the assigned personnel will be responsible for any lost, damaged or broken items.
Additional charge for hours beyond 12am (midnight) policy:
Wedding packages of 80 or less guests: are allowed 1 additional hour at a 10% package price rate plus 15% tax.
Wedding packages of 81-120 guests: are allowed a max of 2 additional hours or until 2am at a 10% package price rate
per hour plus 15% tax ONLY if the hotel is fully occupied by the wedding guests.
Non-Wedding packages of 80 or less guests: are allowed 1 additional hour at a 20% of venue fee price rate plus 15%
tax.
Non-Wedding packages of 81-120 guests: are allowed a max of 2 additional hours or until 2am at a 20% of venue fee
price rate per hour plus 15% tax ONLY if the hotel is fully occupied by the wedding guests.

Alcoholic Beverages:
Alcoholic Beverage Corkage Fees are as follows:
- $1.00 per bottle: Beer.
- $15.00 per bottle: Wine and Champagne (max 1 liter).
- $20.00 per bottle: Other bottle liquors up to 1 liter, includes ice and mixers.
- $25.00 per bottle: For bottle liquors larger than 1 liter, includes ice and mixers.
For weddings of 50 or less guest, alcoholic beverages can be purchased directly from the hotel at a special discounted
price if preferred over corkage fee plan.
Additional Entertainment Services:
12.5%-15% sales tax may apply and 50% deposit required to confirm the selected entertainments.
✓ Ceremony Pastor: $100.00 offering fee
✓ Photography services: $550.00-$1,300.00 (Photography waiver required for all events)
✓ Videography services: $1,100.00 +
✓ Guitarist max 3 hours: $300.00
✓ Pianist and vocals – variety of Jazz & Tropical music: $100.00 per hour min 2 hours or $600.00 for max 8 hours.
✓ Live Island Style Entertainment Band- variety Reggae, Soca, Calipso music: $120.00 per hour
✓ 30 Minutes Garifuna Show: $300.00
✓ 30 Minutes of Fire Dance show: $300.00
Accommodations:
We offer a special discounted rate of 30% on the seasons rack rate on all villas and rooms for the wedding guests and a
one-night complimentary Suite for the Bride & Groom with a minimum of 10 rooms booked by wedding guests.
Deposits Agreements: Please note that prices are subject to change and previous prices are only honored on events
confirmed with a deposit payment, all new confirming events will be subject to the new rates.
To reserve the date of the event a deposit of 50% of the venue fee or package is required.
-90 days prior to event 50% the remaining balance of the venue fee or package must be paid in full.
-30 prior to the event 100% of all Food & Beverage charges must be paid in full.
-Day after event: 100% additional charges (+guests, corkage, etc.)
Cancellation Policy:
-Cancellations greater than 180 days, 100% of total venue fee or package deposit is refunded.
-Cancellations 90-180 days prior to event, 75% of total venue fee or package deposit is refunded.
-Cancellations 89-30 days prior to event 50% refund of total venue fee or package deposit is refunded.
-Cancelations in less than 30 days of the event date, no refunds will be made.
Payments:
Payments for events are accepted by Credit Card or Direct Deposit in to the hotel bank accounts.

direct deposit in our bank account, information provided upon request to book the event date.
Send us the information and photos of your desired style of decorations, flowers, fabrics, cake style and we will work to
make it similar for your wedding.
Welcome Receptions:
We offer Welcome parties for corporate or wedding guests an evening prior to the main event date with local
entertainment, food & Beverages, please inquire on options during booking of event.
Corporate groups and meeting room facility also available.
