                               yacht and superyacht clients while our industry leading service makes it easier than
                               ever to organize on-board catering.

                               This collection has been curated to cover most on-board dining and entertaining situa-
                               tions, but we understand every vessel, client and event is different. Ask us for our full
                               delivered catering menu or talk to our events team about tailoring a menu specifically
                               for your needs.

                               Please note we have a minimum order of $250

Staff
                               Staff are not included in the above menus, except where indicated on the
                               BBQ and Dinner packages.
                               Additional staff are available at the following rates (min 4 hour shifts)
                               Chef                                          $50 per hour
                               Supervisor/ Licensed Duty Manager             $50 per hour
                               Wait staff                                    $40 per hour

                               Equipment
                               Staffed menu packages are served on our platters and serve ware using the vessels
                               plates and cutlery.
                               Packages delivered without staff (for your crew to serve) are delivered in
                               compostable serve ware.
                               We have a full range of plates, cutlery, linen, serve ware and equipment available for
                               hire through our hire partner Folio Hire.
