To enter this Sweepstakes, you must agree to and abide by these Official Rules.

Twitter.

Standard messaging and data rates apply as provided in your wireless rate plan. Contact your carrier for
pricing plans and details. Official rules will be housed on Wizards.com/BWW and located at participating
restaurants (listed in Section 12).

1. Sponsor: BWW Marketing Group Washington DC LLC with offices located at 5500 Wayzata Blvd. Suite
   1600 Minneapolis, MN 55416, operating Buffalo Wild Wings® restaurants in the DC metro area
   (“Sponsor”).

2. Administrator: COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES, LLC, 17 Lantern Road, Framingham, MA 01702
(www.cfapromo.com), (“Administrator”).

Eligibility: The #ForTheWINGSweeps Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of
Washington D.C, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia and who are at least 18 years of age at the time of
entry. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and
interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for Sponsor, Buffalo Wild Wings,
Inc., Buffalo Wild Wings International, Inc., the Washington Bullets LP dba Washington Wizards®, Lincoln
Holdings LLC, Monumental Sports & Entertainment, Verizon Center, DC Arena LP, the National
Basketball Association (“NBA”), Administrator, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling,
administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes and/or their respective parent, subsidiary,
franchisees, affiliated and successor companies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and immediate
family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family members”
shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of
where they live. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three
months a year, whether related or not. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Entry Dates: The #ForTheWINGSweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) entry period begins on
Saturday January 31st, 2015 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on Monday,
March 16th, 2015 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s computer or
database clock is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. Entry in the Sweepstakes does not
constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. There will be one (1) Drawing Period to
award twenty-nine (29) prizes (see Rule #6 below the “Prize”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each
entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the
decisions of Sponsor and/or Administrator, whose decisions shall be final and legally binding in all
respects.
4. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, a) Log-in to or create your Twitter and/or Instagram
account and “follow” @WizWings (official Twitter and Instagram handle for Sweepstakes), b) Post/upload
a photo of you with the game jersey cut out taken at a participating BWW during the “Sweepstakes

Period” on a Wizards game day (see full list of game dates within “Sweepstakes Period” below) via Twitter
and/or Instagram and use hashtag #ForTheWINGSweeps AND tag @WizardsWings.

AND/OR POST ALONG WITH THE HASHTAG #ForTheWINGSweeps AND @WizWings YOU ARE
INDICATING THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND FULLY AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL
RULES. DO NOT SUBMIT A TWEET OR INSTAGRAM POST WITHOUT FIRST REVIEWING THESE
OFFICIAL RULES. Partial or incomplete/piecemeal submissions (e.g., tweeting and/or posting without the
hashtag #ForTheWINGSweeps, tweeting and/or posting without tagging @WizWings, uploading a picture
that does not include the game jersey cut out found at a participating BWW location, and/or without
following @WizWings) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES and shall not be
eligible for either prize (as listed below).

Tweet and/or post must be created for the sole purpose of this Sweepstakes (DO NOT COPY OTHERS’
WORKS, IN WHOLE OR IN PART. YOU MUST OTHERWISE COMPLY WITH THE CONTENT
GUIDELINES BELOW AND OTHER TERMS HEREIN). For entry, person must be at least 18 years of
age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older) at time tweet and/or
post was sent. Do NOT include personal information (e.g., your name, e-mail address or phone numbers)
in the tweet and/or post itself; if tweet and/or post contains personal information, it is your sole
responsibility to remove all such personal information from the tweet and/or post before submitting from
your Twitter and/or Instagram account(s) for the Sweepstakes. Tweet and/or post must comply with these
Official Rules in all respects, including without limitation, the Content Guidelines below.
To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, tweets and/or posts must be submitted in compliance with the format
and other requirements set forth on the website/platform where persons may submit entries (i.e., Twitter
and Instagram); such requirements being made a part of these Official Rules and incorporated herein by
reference.

Once submitted, tweets and posts become the sole property of Sponsor (subject only to the rights of
Twitter and Instagram, as applicable), and cannot be modified by entrant. Subject only to the rights of
Twitter and Instagram as operator of its social network, entrant grants to Sponsor and its designees the
non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicenseable right and
license to use, display, perform, exhibit, reproduce and/or otherwise exploit his/her tweet and/or post in

any manner and in any and all distribution channels, venues or media, or through any means now known
or hereafter devised, including without limitation, the World Wide Web, without further notice or any
compensation to entrant in accordance with the requirements of this Sweepstakes and the advertising,
promotion, and publicity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor’s products and services, and otherwise, as stated
in these Official Rules (as solely determined by Sponsor). Entrant waives any “Moral Right of
Authors” (Droit Moral) in the tweet and post. Entrant further agrees, upon Sponsor’s request and without
compensation, to sign any and all necessary and appropriate documents so as to effect, perfect or record
such license rights.

Limit one (1) Entry per person per eligible day during Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.
Multiple daily entries and/or mass daily entry attempts during the Sweepstakes Period will result in
disqualification of all entries by such person/email address/Twitter/Instagram account. Entries must be
manually key-stroked by the Entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third
parties by any method of entry, are prohibited. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official
Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified.
Sponsor and Administrator will not be responsible for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries. Proof of
submission of entry does not constitute proof of receipt/acceptance of same. All entries must be
submitted via “tweet” or “post” on Twitter or Instagram, respectively, in their entirety prior to expiration of
applicable Sweepstakes Period; “re-tweeting” someone else’s answer or including answer in a direct
message will not result in Sweepstakes entry. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to these
Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor, which are binding and final in all
matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

You may only use one (1) Twitter and/or (1) Instagram account to participate in the Sweepstakes. All
Tweets must comply with the Twitter Terms of Service and Twitter Rules available at the Twitter Web Site
as well as the Instagram Terms of Service and Instagram Rules available at the Instagram Web Site.
Important note: If your Twitter and/or Instagram account is set to “protected mode,” or “private” your
updates/responses may not be visible in Sponsor’s @WizWings timeline and thus may not be received by
Sponsor unless you previously consented to permit @WizWings to see your Twitter and/or Instagram
updates.

If you opt to access Twitter and/or Instagram via your wireless mobile device (only available via
participating wireless carriers), data rates may apply for each message sent or received from your
handset according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other
charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet
access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance.
Wireless carriers’ rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information
on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Mobile device
service may not be available in all areas. Check your phone’s capabilities for specific instructions.
Sponsor is not responsible for any charges.

5. FREE ALTERNATE MEANS OF ENTRY: To enter the Sweepstakes without visiting a Buffalo Wild Wings
location, please neatly print the following information on a blank index card: First and Last Name, Mailing
Address, Contact Phone Number, Birth Date, and E-mail address (if available), and mail to:
#ForTheWINGSweeps Sweepstakes, PO Box 2312, Framingham, MA 01703. Limit one (1) request per
outer mailing envelope, and limit of twenty (20) total separate mail-in entries during the entry period. YOU
MUST INDICATE THE PURPOSE OF THE MAIL-IN POSTCARD IS TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES.
Mail-in requests must be received by 3/16/15. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied requests are
allowed.
6. Content Guidelines: In addition to complying with all other requirements of these Official Rules and/or on
the website/platform where persons may submit entries (i.e., Twitter and Instagram); each tweet and post
must comply with the following guidelines (“Content Guidelines”). Any tweet and/or post that Sponsor, in

its sole discretion, determines is in violation of any Content Guideline will be disqualified. Each tweet and
post must not:

• Contain content, image(s) or material that violates or infringes any third party rights of any kind,
including without limitation, any third party privacy, publicity, trade secret and/or intellectual property
rights, including third party registered and/or common law copyrights and trademarks;
• Disparage Sponsor, Administrator, any other person or entity affiliated with the Sweepstakes or
products, services or entities that are competitive with any of the foregoing;
• Contain brand names, trademarks or logos of any third party, except any incidental inclusion of
intellectual property owned by Sponsor as a result of an entrant being physically located within a
participating location will not disqualify the tweet/post , subject to the tweet complying with all other
requirements of these Official Rules (including these Content Guidelines) and/or on the Website/Platform
where persons may submit entries (i.e., Twitter and Instagram);
• Contain content, images, artwork or other creative elements not created by and original to entrant;
• Contain content, images or other material that is misleading, inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful,
tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
• Contain content, images or other material that reflects, advocates or promotes bigotry, racism, hatred,
  harm or exploitation of or against any class, group or individual, discrimination based on race, gender,
  religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, or actions or activities that are restricted,
  prohibited, illegal or unlawful (including without limitation, the consumption of alcohol or any other
  controlled substances);
• Contain content, images or other material that is unlawful or in violation of or contrary to any applicable
federal or state laws or regulations;
• Have been previously submitted in a promotion of any kind, or published, posted, exhibited or displayed
publicly for commercial use by any means and in any form or media.
In addition to the foregoing, the tweet cannot:
• Contain executable programming of any kind, including without limitation, viruses, worms, Trojan horses,
spyware, malware, time bombs, Easter eggs, cancel bots or any kind of malicious or benign computer
programming whatsoever; and
• Contain encrypted content of any kind, including without limitation, encoded messages.

7. Random Drawing/Selection of Winner: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing, on or about
Wednesday, March 18th, 2015 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. For
the avoidance of doubt, the content of a person’s tweet or post will not be taken into account in the winner
selection process (provided that the tweet or post is determined by Sponsor/Administrator to be in
compliance with these Official Rules). The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are
final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
8. Prizes, Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”) and Odds:
One (1) Grand Prize: Away game trip for two (2) to Philadelphia to see Wizards-76ers on 4/8/15. Includes
round trip ground travel, one (1) night hotel (double occupancy) accommodation, game tickets (section
and seat numbers determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion), and Wizards Swag Bag. Approximate
retail value $1200 (includes shipping costs, if applicable).
One (1) First Prize: Wizard for a Day on April 3, 2015. Includes signing an actual keepsake player
contract, watching pre-game warmups from team bench, having pre-game dinner at the Verizon Center
with one guest, participating as an honorary co-captain at center court, sitting in VIP seats with one guest,
attending post-game press conference, receiving an autographed team jersey. (Prize does not include
any transportation.) Approximate retail value $750
Two (2) Second Prizes: Team autographed basketballs Approximate retail value: $200 each
Twenty-five (25) Third Prizes: Two (2) tickets to Wizards regular season home game Approximate retail
value: $48 per pair. Game day, section and seat location will be determined by the Sponsor at its sole
discretion. Terms and conditions of the tickets apply.

LIMIT: One prize per person.

All other incidental expenses not mentioned herein are the responsibility of the prize winner. All taxes on
prizes are the prize winners’ sole responsibility. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sponsor
reserves the right to make equivalent substitutions as necessary, due to circumstances not under its
control. Winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual costs are less than the
prize ARV indicated in these Official Rules. Terms and conditions on any ticket or prize applies.
Sponsor is not liable or responsible for any lost, damaged, faulty or stolen items once prize is delivered.
Winner(s) assume the risk of any inherent or unforeseen dangers associated with prize(s). Odds of
winning depend on total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period divided by the
number of prizes available to be won. Winner is not entitled to exchange or transfer prize or to obtain
cash or other substitutes and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value if the
prize (or any prize component) as listed is unavailable for any reason. Federal, state and local taxes are
the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize winners will receive a 1099 for the actual value of their
prize. Prizes are provided “as is” with no with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied.
The use of any prize manufacturer’s name or trademark in connection with any of the prizes is solely for
the purpose of describing such prize, and is not intended to suggest any affiliation or sponsorship, and
are the properties of their respective owners.

9. Winner Notification: Prize winners will be notified either via Direct Message (A Direct Message (“DM”) is
a private message sent via Twitter and Instagram directly to an entrant) by the Administrator via Twitter or
Instagram or by email should a winning entry be from a mail-in entry. No matter which form of
communication the prize winner will be required to reply with prize winner’s e-mail address, full mailing
address and phone number. All DM replies must be sent to the Administrator’s handle @WizWings within
(48) hours of first attempted prize winner notification (A user’s “handle” is the username they have
selected and the accompanying URL). Prize winners will be notified within two (2) business days of the
drawing. Once eligibility has been verified and the Administrator receives the prize winner’s requested
information, the Administrator will arrange with Sponsor to award the Prize. Prize winners must reply with
all required information in order to receive their Prize.

Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and
Indemnification, and a Publicity Release where allowed by law (“Winner Documents”) prior to receipt of a
prize. Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to sign and return Winner Documents within twenty-
four (24) hours of receipt of the Winner Documents. If the Winner Documents are not returned to
Administrator within specified time period (if applicable), potential winner may be disqualified. If potential
winner is disqualified, prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected from all remaining non-
winning eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, time permitting. In the event of any dispute
concerning the identity of any entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is
the authorized holder of the transmitting email account associated with the Twitter or Instagram account
(as applicable) used to participate in the Sweepstakes. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the
natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service
provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for
assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

10. Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is
found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation
of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an morally repugnant or disruptive manner, or with the intent to
disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass
any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such
person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged,
software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. The invalidity or unenforceability
of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the
event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall
otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal
provision were not contained herein.

11. Conditions and Limitations of Liability: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release
and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, as well as each of their respective officers, directors,
employees, agents and representatives and each of their respective successors, representatives and
assigns, as well as Twitter, Inc., and Instagram, Inc (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all
actions, claims, injury (including death), loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from
participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of the prize. By
entering, entrants also authorize the Sponsor and its designees to use their name, voice, likeness,
photograph, prize information (if applicable), biographical data and city and state of residence in
programming, advertising and/or promotional material or on a winner’s list (if applicable) without
compensation to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned
information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole
discretion, without obligation or compensation. Sweepstakes subject to the laws of the United States only.
All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All entries become the property of the Sponsor
(subject only to the rights of Twitter and Instagram, as applicable).

Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for
technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to
electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software (This includes but is not limited to
filtering by the technology of Twitter, as applicable.) The foregoing also includes any malfunction/error/
failure deemed by Sponsor/Administrator in the sole discretion of either party to impact the availability or
accessibility of tweets submitted by entrants or the transmission or receipt of winner notification. If for any
reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus,
bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that
corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes
(including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any
individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry
process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right
to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the prize by means of a random drawing from among all eligible
entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a
manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its
sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on www.
Wizards.com/BWW. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect,
delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized
access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or
lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email
or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on
the Internet or at any website/platform, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any
person’s computer or wireless mobile device related to or resulting from participation in or downloading
any materials from this Sweepstakes. Failure of Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of
these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

Persons entering the Sweepstakes further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the
Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE OR PLATFORM OR
UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL AND/OR
CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON,
WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH
ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

13. Governing Law: The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited
by law. US law governs the Sweepstakes. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity,
interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and
obligations of the Administrator and/or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed
by, and construed in accordance with federal law and to the extent not inconsistent, the laws of the State
of Minnesota. Any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the State of Minnesota in
the United States, according to the laws of the State of Minnesota.

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising
out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without
resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the appropriate courts of the State of Minnesota, (2)
any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including
costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event shall entrant be entitled to attorneys’
fees; and (3) unless otherwise prohibited, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain
awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential
damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to
have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Administrator assumes full liability for any and all
applicable disputes, claims and causes of action brought by an entrant, government entity or any other
