NBRA ANNUAL FEES DUE JULY 1, 2020 The NBRA hopes that everyone is staying safe and healthy during these challenges times. As many of you are aware, the New Brighton Residents Association (NBRA) has made the decision to extend the annual fee payment deadline by 90 days to July 1, 2020 for the 2020/2021 fiscal year. This decision was made to relieve some of the financial stress that many are experiencing due to the Covid-19 global pandemic. As in past years, the NBRA will collect interest on all outstanding accounts after the due date, which in the case of this fiscal year is July 1, 2020. Please remember that the NBRA is here to work with residents to get through these challenging times together. If your circumstances prevent you from paying your annual fees prior to July 1, 2020, please contact our General Manager before this date, by dialing 403-781-6608 or via email: gm@nbra.ca, and we will be happy to make payment arrangements compatible with your circumstances.
