NBRA ANNUAL FEES

The NBRA hopes that everyone is staying safe and healthy during these challenges times. As many of you are
aware, the New Brighton Residents Association (NBRA) has made the decision to extend the annual fee
payment deadline by 90 days to July 1, 2020 for the 2020/2021 fiscal year. This decision was made to relieve
some of the financial stress that many are experiencing due to the Covid-19 global pandemic.
As in past years, the NBRA will collect interest on all outstanding accounts after the due date, which in the
case of this fiscal year is July 1, 2020. Please remember that the NBRA is here to work with residents to get
through these challenging times together. If your circumstances prevent you from paying your annual fees
prior to July 1, 2020, please contact our General Manager before this date, by dialing 403-781-6608 or via email:
gm@nbra.ca, and we will be happy to make payment arrangements compatible with your circumstances. Below
is a complete timeline for NBRA Annual Fee Collection for the 2020/2021 fiscal year.

To assist our residents in obtaining affordable healthy
food, the NBRA is still running the Good Food Box
program during this global pandemic. Order your
box today by calling 403-781-6613, ext. 1 or by

NBRA would like to support our residents in any way
we can. All residents will receive free delivery right to
their door step.
If you are a non-resident but would like us to deliver
your box to your door, there is a $3 extra charge, or
you can schedule a curb side pickup at the Clubhouse
between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.

major risk factor in boating related fatalities. Check the
label to confirm the lifejacket is Transport Canada ap-
proved. Ensure it is the correct size and fits snugly. The
Lifesaving Society strongly advocates for the wearing of
lifejackets as the most effective tool to reduce boating
related drownings in Canada.
Don’t Boat or Swim Alone as this is a major risk factor
in swimming and boating related fatalities. Never swim
