Gym/Health: Green Light Foods are good to eat almost any time (e.g., fresh fruits, veggies, & whole grains); Red Light Foods are “once in awhile foods” that can be unhealthy if you eat too much too often. ● Use a paper plate, or a piece of paper, and draw the Green Light Foods that you would want to place on your plate to eat. Students may also cut out pictures (with permission) from magazines and glue them on.
