Is Exact Track right for you? With Exact Track, Huntington’s Category of One business program, we are making lives better by helping you advance in your current role at Huntington or prepare for a new one. You’ll learn from top-level instructors and develop skills you can apply right away. The program is designed to work with your schedule and is conveniently held at Huntington Gateway on Wednesdays (and some Mondays), so you can focus on your personal learning and growth. College Admission Requirements • Students must take the free placement exams offered by Columbus State and meet the following minimums: Math - 14 Writing - 5 Reading - 250 • Must be in good academic standing and must not have a financial aid restriction or unpaid balance with Columbus State Community College and Franklin University. • Students must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid upon admission to the college, and each academic year throughout the program. Convenient Streamlined Exact Track classes are held on site at The Huntington Coordination between Columbus State and Franklin Gateway Center (Columbus, Ohio) and online. University provides a seamless transfer of admission, financial aid, and transcript information. Consistent Classes will be offered Wednesday evenings at 6 p.m. For terms that require two concurrent courses, the second class will be Mondays at 6 p.m. Collaborative Work with same group of peers throughout the program.

Huntington Exact Track Pre-Imbursement Program Huntington understands what a substantial investment it is for working adults to pursue a college education – in terms of time, personal effort and, of course, money. To assist our colleagues who dedicate themselves to the Exact Track program, Huntington is providing a Pre-Imbursement Program to cover the cost of tuition, fees, and textbooks as you proceed through both the associate degree and bachelor’s degree portions of the program. Eligible Colleagues • Exempt or non-exempt full-time colleagues (temporary workers and interns are not eligible for the program, nor are colleagues on a transition pay plan) • Compensation at or below a grade 72 • “Meet expectations” or better performance rating and not currently on any performance improvement plan • Positive manager recommendation • Minimum one year of tenure as a Huntington colleague • No unfulfilled financial obligation to Columbus State or Franklin • Successfully pass placement tests • Hold no prior college degrees • Program restricted to colleagues who work out of Huntington Plaza, Huntington Center, Easton, Gateway, or Columbus metropolitan branches See full program requirements in the Exact Track Pre-Imbursement Program outline found in Pathways. Covered Education Expenses • Tuition • Textbooks • Fees Earning an associate and bachelor’s degree through ExactTrack $32,500 costs an estimated $32,500 per student. We are proud to invest in the future of our colleagues and our institution by allowing our colleagues to participate with pre-paid tuition from Huntington with little or no out of pocket expenses per year for the colleague. Getting Started 1. Attend an Information Session. 2. Complete your Pre-Imbursement application with Huntington Bank. 3. Complete the Huntington Exact Track admissions application at cscc.edu/ HuntingtonExactTrack 4. Take Columbus State’s free Math, Reading, and Writing placement exams 5. If applicable, order official copies of transcripts from all prior colleges or universities that you have attended. 6. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at fafsa.ed.gov. Important Dates Columbus State and Franklin University will offer an optional Oct. 4, 2019 FAFSA help session at the Gateway Center. Columbus State will offer on-site placement testing at the Oct. 9 & 16 Gateway Center. Oct. 18, 2019 FAFSA application deadline. Dec. 2, 2019 Classes begin.
Frequently Asked Questions about Exact Track at Huntington Bank How long does it take to complete the Exact Track Program? Classes begin in December 2019 and conclude in Summer 2024 What degrees will I be earning? Two degrees are awarded upon the successful completion of Exact Track: (1) an Associate of Applied Science in Business Management from Columbus State and (2) a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Management and Leadership from Franklin University. What equipment do I need as a student? Students need a computer and access to the Internet to complete online course and homework. Is tuition Pre-Imbursement considered taxable income? Tuition pre-imbursement or reimbursement at or below $5,250 per year is not taxable income. Do I have to be enrolled in a degree program or can I just take a class? Exact Track is a degree program only. Huntington colleagues must attend all classes in the sequence they are offered to participate. I won’t be eligible for the program until after classes start in the upcoming term; when can I apply for the program? Colleagues who are interested but ineligible by December 2, 2019 can reapply for the next cohort. I’ve taken some college classes in the past, am I eligible for this program? Maybe, the Exact Track program is lock-step, which means that the classes are offered in a fixed sequence. Our college partners will work with you to determine whether the Exact Track program is the best option to meet your educational goals. If I have to file a FAFSA, does this mean I need to take out loans? No, we are asking students to complete their FAFSA to determine their eligibility for federal grants to learn more about the FAFSA application and types of student aid, please visit fafsa.ed.gov.
