OUR
EQUIPMENT
With in-house equipment including flatline finishers,
sanders, paint and finishing booths, and more, we FINISHING BOOTHS
can do in a day what takes most fabricators a week. Our three finishing booths offer a controlled environment for paint application on
                                                          large properties.

Beyond efficiencies, the equipment we own was
chosen because of the quality of the material it
produces. With our equipment, client projects are
both created efficiently and with a sophisticated
finish that speaks to the quality and durability of the
properties themselves.

OUR FINISHES
We work with a wide array of finish
material suppliers, but we are particularly
excited to be one of the few U.S. shops
offering ICA finishes.

ICA durable, high-resistance coatings
can be applied to a wide variety of
surfaces, including glass. ICA’s water-
based products fall well below California’s
standard for ozone impact. With a low
VOC, ICA water-based finishes combine
high-quality with low environmental
impact.

We’re more than happy to create samples
with any of our available finishes.
OUR SUSTAINABLE APPROACH TO PRODUCTION

Group Delphi is committed to approaching our
production processes with an eye to sustainability.
It’s the reason our team saves over 75,000 pounds of
recyclable waste from going to the landfill every year,
sends excess wood to local schools for students to
use, and other initiatives.

And when it comes to client projects, our direct
access to supply chains of eco-friendly materials
means we have everything we need to bring projects
to life with sustainability in mind.
PRODUCTION SERVICES
With expertise in prototyping, building to
scale, prototyping, and complex engineering
— we have the in-house talent and technical
expertise to turn ideas into environments
that last.
WOODWORK
Our master woodworking team members
produce scalable and durable properties.

This team has decades of experience in
millwork, CNC, and more.

Our CNC machines add an intricate level
of detail to wood, but also metal, plastic,
composite, or ceramic materials. Patterns,
textures, or screw threading can all be
added — bringing a sophisticated level of
finish to final pieces.

PROTOTYPES &
SAMPLES
When it’s time to review prototypes, our team can
quickly and easily produce physical, 3D models
as a mock-up for review and design analysis. We
produce these in-house in a variety of formats,
including 3D-printed models, gator boards, or
any other client-preferred structure. Any changes
requested by clients are made in real-time by the
project manager.

Moving forward from prototyping, the production
of the approved prototypes can be built with our
advanced, CNC milling devices — programmed
for cutting to specifications directly from the
CAD software utilized by our team of engineers.
