Foundation Board Welcomes Janet Harris Janet Harris has been selected as the newest member of the Medina Hospital Foundation’s Board of Directors. Her first meeting with the board will be June 7. Ms. Harris is the chief executive officer of Holland Organization, a family-owned local company she joined in 2002. She has been CEO since 2008 and is the first non-family member to hold the role of CEO in the company. “We are so pleased to have Janet join our board,” said Randy Fuerst, executive director of the foundation. “She will bring a great deal of experience and knowledge of Medina Janet Harris County and, more specifically, northern Medina County. Her background in the senior healthcare industry will add a new dimension to the skill set of the Foundation Board.” Ms. Harris is committed to being involved in statewide healthcare decision-making and has been a member of the Ohio Healthcare Association Board of Directors since 2004. She is also a long-standing member of Ohio Healthcare’s Executive Committee and has served on various other committees over the years. Memorial Ms. Harris has lived in Ohio her entire life. She grew up in Valley City, attending Brunswick Listing High School, and received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cleveland State University in 1996. She lives in Brunswick Hills Township and has two daughters.
