Welcome to The Herald - Your Community Magazine, established in 1994, The Herald is a free magazine distributing 10,500 copies across a wide footprint covering Hythe and The Waterside, Totton, Romsey, Lyndhurst, New Forest and surrounding areas. The Magazine is published every three weeks and designed to encourage local enterprise, for all businesses, voluntary organisations, community projects, charities, events and local attractions. The Herald prides itself on featuring interesting and easy-to-read news stories about local people, businesses, events, topical subjects and general information and advice editorial. The Herald provides an affordable and successful platform for businesses and organisations of all sizes to advertise. As you can see from the Rate Card, by keeping overheads to a minimum, we’re able to offer realistic advertising rates, which give even the smallest businesses and those with a limited budget the opportunity to get their message directly to potential customers within their own catchment area. Every issue, local residents pick up their free copy of The Herald from local shops, pubs, garages, community centres and other easily accessible places – a full list of our pick-up points is included in this Media Pack.
