FECHA FIN DE PRESENTACIÓN 15/06/2021 RESUMEN Prevenir y luchar contra la intolerancia, el racismo, la xenofobia y la discriminación, por motivos de origen racial o étnico, color, religión, orientación sexual, identidad de género, antigitanismo, antisemitismo, odio antimusulmán, afrofobia y fobia LGBTIQ, offline y online. 2. BENEFICIARIES Public entities or private organisations, duly established in one of the countries participating in the programme, or international organisations (Organisations which are profit-oriented must submit applications in partnership with public entities or private non- profit organisations) Consortiums of at least two organisations 3. OBJECTIVES To prevent and fight against intolerance, racism, xenophobia, and discrimination, on grounds of racial or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, antigypsism, antisemitism, anti-Muslim hatred, Afrophobia and LGBTIQ phobia, offline and online. Themes and priorities 1. Fighting against intolerance, racism, xenophobia, discrimination, hate speech and hate crimes: respond to the vulnerabilities of specific groups and communities particularly affected by intolerance, racism, xenophobia and discrimination, such as Roma, Jews, Muslims, migrants, people of colour and people of African descent. 2. Promoting diversity management and inclusion at the workplace, both in the public and private sector: ensure the existence of Diversity Charters in all EU Member States, and to increase the number their signatories 3. Fighting discrimination against LGBTIQ people and promoting LGBTIQ equality through the implementation of the LGBTIQ Equality Strategy: Address intersectional discrimination and inequality experienced on grounds of sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression and sex characteristics in the area of employment, education, health, culture and sport. 4. Preventing, reporting and countering hate speech online: foster systematic reporting and recording of hate speech cases and incidents online, (ii) strengthen cooperation between public authorities, civil society organisations and IT companies, (iii) increase public awareness of online hate speech 5. Restricted to public authorities to improve their responses to (multiple and intersectional) discrimination, racism and xenophobia: improve implementation on the ground of the Racial Equality Directive. Activities: issuing action plans or strategies against racism; training of law enforcement officials and/or authorities, improving recording and data collection practices in Member States, improving support for victims of (intersectional) discrimination. 4. It will also contribute to the implementation of the actions put forward by the EU Strategy on the rights of the child. Themes and priorities • Including children in the decision making process about responses to the pandemic measures; • Identifying, in cooperation with children, what activities and services have been mostly affected • Involving children in creating mechanisms to support their needs in order to overcome the negative impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. 4. OBJECTIVES To fight violence, including gender-based violence: Themes and priorities (2021): Early detection, prevention and protection of and/or support to women, children, young people and LGBTIQ victims or potential victims of violence, with specific attention paid to situations emerging from the COVID-19 pandemic: to address (potential) victims’ needs within existing support mechanisms, or establishing new ones, in order to respond better to specific needs of women, and children during and after the pandemic, as well as to fund programmes that provide early detection, prevention and adequate support Preventing gender-based violence by addressing masculinities and the engagement of men and boys: i) early intervention to address adverse childhood experiences and break the cycle of violence; ii) a universal (primary) prevention approach by working with young people; and iii) a targeted prevention approach through perpetrator treatment programmes to prevent recidivism. 4. CERV: Call for proposals on European remembrance Impulsor: European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) Cuantía: El presupuesto total para esta convocatoria es de 4,5 M€ en 2021 1. FECHA FIN DE PRESENTACIÓN 22/06/2021 RESUMEN Apoyar proyectos destinados a conmemorar hechos decisivos en la historia europea moderna, incluidas las causas y consecuencias de los regímenes autoritarios y totalitarios, y sensibilizar a los ciudadanos europeos sobre su historia, cultura, patrimonio cultural y valores comunes. 2. BENEFICIARIES Public entities or private organisations, public authorities or non for profit organisations, duly established in one of the countries participating in the programme, or an international organisation s Consortiums of at least two organisations 3. OBJECTIVES To support projects aimed at commemorating defining events in modern European history, including the causes and consequences of authoritarian and totalitarian regimes, and at raising awareness among European citizens of their common history, culture, cultural heritage and values. EU initiatives supported under this call: • EU Strategy on combating antisemitism • EU anti-racism action plan 2020-2025 • EU Roma strategic framework on equality, inclusion and participation Projects must address one (or both) of the policy priorities set for 2021: 1. Commemoration of and research and education about crimes committed under totalitarian regimes 2. Resistance, democratic transition and democratic consolidation in the EU 4. DURATION OF PROJECTS Between 12 and 24 months 5. GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE Preference is given to transnational projects. 6. FUNDING RULES Project budget (maximum grant amount): no limit. The grant awarded may be lower than the amount requested. Budget categories for this call: Lump sum contributions 8
ERASMUS+: Sport as a tool for integration and social inclusion of refugees Impulsor: European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) Cuantía: El presupuesto total para esta convocatoria es de 1,9 M€ en 2021. Se espera que el presupuesto por proyecto sea en torno a 200.000 euros. 1. FECHA FIN DE PRESENTACIÓN 16/06/2021 RESUMEN Promover la participación directa de los refugiados y las comunidades de acogida dentro de la UE y promover un enfoque a escala europea, aumentando el potencial de las comunidades de acogida europeas para involucrar e integrar con éxito a los refugiados a través del deporte. 2. BENEFICIARIES - Public or private legal entities - Public or private organisation active in the sport field and that regularly organise sport competitions, at any level Organizations must be established in a EU Member State (including overseas countries and territories (OCTs) 3. NUMBER AND PROFILE OF PARTICIPATING ORGANISATIONS Only applications by single applicants are allowed. 4. SUMMARY In the continuation of the 2016 call for proposals on "Promoting HEPA policy measures and actions for refugees", and of the 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 call for proposals "Sport as a tool for integration and social inclusion of refugees", the current preparatory action will support the identification of good practices in Europe and the development of methods to assess their impact in a systematic and replicable manner. The specific objective of this action is to promote the direct engagement of refugees and host communities within the EU and to promote a Europe-wide approach, increasing the potential for European host communities to successfully engage and integrate refugees through sport. ACTIVITIES TO BE FUNDED (SCOPE): A non-exhaustive list of the main activities eligible under this call for proposals is listed below: • Sport activities aimed at promoting participation of refugees into EU societies • Preparation and training of sport coaches and staff who will work on integration and social inclusion of refugees through sport • Development, of activities and identification of good practices about participation of refugees into sport activities aimed at their integration into host societies. EXPECTED IMPACT: • Promoting the direct engagement of refugees and host communities within the EU • Promoting a Europe-wide approach, increasing the potential for European host communities to successfully engage and integrate refugees through sport • Developing the links between organisations promoting the integration of refugees through sport at EU level 9

BUDGET AVAILABLE The available call budget is EUR 1.9M€. This budget might be increased by maximum 20%. We reserve the right not to award all available funds or to redistribute them between the call priorities, depending on the proposals received and the results of the evaluation. Project budgets (maximum grant amount) are expected to be around EUR 200.000 per project, but this does not preclude the submission/selection of proposals requesting other amounts. 7. DURATION OF THE PROJECTS Between 18 and 24 months. 10
