Programs and restaurants may have limited availability in order to comply with physical distancing guidelines. As our plans continue to evolve based on new information and guidelines, certain offerings in this brochure may change. Face coverings are required, regardless of vaccine status, for most activities, when entering or exiting restaurants, and when placing a bar order. Please refer to the Planning Guide for the policy in each area. Transportation For Cottage Guests and Sea Island Club Members, complimentary shuttles will be running up and down Sea Island Drive, Friday, May 28 through Monday, May 31. The shuttles will begin at The Cloister, go to the Beach Club, and then travel down Sea Island Drive. The shuttle will stop at the following streets: 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, 30th, 35th, 40th, 45th, 50th, and 55th. Shuttles will run 7 a.m.–midnight. Face coverings are required. 1

Kids' Paint Party at Sea Island Kids, 1-2 p.m.––Join a local artist for an hour of holiday painting fun. Make your own take-home masterpiece to treasure for years to come. All ages welcome. 5 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult. $65/canvas. Reservations required. Pirate and Princess Party at Sea Island Kids, 4-5 p.m. Hear ye! Hear ye! All Princesses from across the land and Pirates of the sea are invited to a Pirate and Princess Party at Sea Island Kids. Come dressed as your choice and party with the Junior Staff! Princess Cloister and Captain Black Banks will be making an appearance to have tea, play games, and a treasure hunt! This is a drop-off program appropriate for ages 5-10. $40/child. Resort Dress Code Dress Code for Tavola, River Bar, Oak Room, Men's Locker Room Before 5 p.m., casual attire is acceptable. Tank tops and swim attire are not permitted. After 5 p.m., a collared shirt is required for gentlemen. Well-kept denim is acceptable. Tank tops, swim and fitness attire are not permitted. Dress Code for Southern Tide, Sea Strike & Pub, and The Lodge Pool House All day, casual, dry beach or swim attire is acceptable. Shirts, swimsuit cover-ups and footwear are required. Dress Code for Colt & Alison: A collared shirt, slacks or well-kept denim are required for gentlemen and boys over eight. Jackets are recommended, but not required. Cocktail attire is recommended for ladies. Appropriate Hat Wear: Gentlemen’s hats and caps are not permitted in any of the indoor dining or bar venues. Gentlemen are permitted to wear hats in outdoor bar venues. Women are permitted to wear venue-appropriate hats and caps, e.g, athletic caps, prior to 5 p.m., and dressier hats before or after 5 p.m. Face Coverings: Face coverings are required regardless of your vaccine status. For dining, face coverings must be worn when entering and exiting a restaurant and placing a bar order. For activities, face coverings are required for most programs. Please refer to the Planning Guide for the policy in each area. 15
Holiday Cancellation Policy For May 28-31, all events and activities (including Boating, Camp Cloister, Equestrian, Falconry, Fishing, Fitness, Golf, History Tours, Nature, Shooting School, Tennis, and Watersports) require a 48-hour notice of cancellation. Failure to cancel prior to the noted time frame will result in a $25/person charge. Equestrian will be charged the full cost of the activity. All no-show reservations, that are not cancelled, will be charged the full rate of the event or activity. The Spa at Sea Island and Salon require cancellations 48 hours prior to service. Failure to cancel prior to the noted time frame will result a $50/person charge. All no-show reservations, that are not cancelled, will be charged the full rate of the service. Broadfield requires cancellations 72 hours prior to activity. Broadfield cancellations within 72 hours will be charged the full cost of the activity. Restaurant Dining requires cancellations to be made 6 hours prior to reservation. Restaurant Dining no-show reservations or cancellations within 6 hours will be charged $50/person. Restaurant reservations will be honored for a maximum of 15 minutes after the reserved time. After the additional 15 minutes have passed, the table will be released and your party will be placed on the list to be seated at the next available table. Special Holiday Dining Events require cancellations to be made 24 hours prior to reservations. For Special Holiday Dining Events, no-show reservations or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged full price.
