Child Support Case Manager

Customer Supply Chain Coordinator/Scheduler

dates to customers. Ensure preemptive communication to customers for any/all issues that may impact On-Time
Delivery. As primary customer contact, work with various departments and functions to resolve shipping con-
cerns, invoicing errors, and credit lines. Maintain timely documentation for On-Time Delivery. Communicate any/
all known material shortages to Buyer. Escalate if/when necessary. Assist Production and other departments or

Quality Control Technician

Job Duties: The Quality Control Technician performs the in-process quality control checks to assure adher-
ence to established quality standards. This includes performing tests and inspection of products at various
stages of the production process and evaluating statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliabil-
ity of products. Test are performed using laboratory equipment and instruments such as a balance, extrusion
plastometer, microwave ash ovens, gages, and automated instron. The Quality Control Technician will also
