Welcome to towner cinema To celebrate International Women's Day this March, we are looking forward to exploring the work of German New Wave filmmaker Margarethe von Trotta in the return of our Screen Classics strand. We will also be hosting one-off screenings of Lorenza Mazzetti's Together, a film inspired by the 1950s British Free Cinema Movement, and the beloved cult classic 9 to 5.
