ABOUT THE ORGANISER The Malaysia Specialty Coffee Association (MSCA) will play host and be the organising committee of the upcoming MBC, MLAC, & MBrC 2021. MSCA is the official national body of the nation to overlook all World Coffee Event (WCE) competitions in Malaysia. MSCA roles are as follows: ▪ To uphold competition standards. ▪ To ensure that the competition operates according to WCE Rules & Regulations for all WCE sanctioned competition. ▪ Developing local judges to be recognized as qualified judges for WCE championship. Before Your Bid, Please Note! 1. This is a sealed bidding 2. Hard copies of documents requested to mail to MSCA Secretariat Office 3. The winning bidder shall be a sponsor of MNCC for 2 editions of 2021 and 2022. 4. The sponsorship amount will be as per winning bid payable per edition
The Packages (For Year 2021 & 2022
BIDDING PROCESS 1. This is a sealed bid process. 2. All bids are to be sent via mail/by hand to the Secretariat Office: Address: B-3A-23A, 10 Boulevard, Lebuhraya Sprint, Jalan Cempaka, Kampung Sungai Kayu Ara, 47400, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia Attn: Ms Cynthia Cheong (Coordinator) 3. The closing date for submission of bids will be on 29th of January 2021, at 5PM. 4. The committee members of MSCA will review the bids received against the following framework. 5. There is no limit to the number of sponsorship packages a sponsor can bid for. 6. Bids should meet or exceed the Reserve Price for each sponsorship package in order to receive full benefits listed. 7. Where the highest bids for sponsorship package are the same amount, sponsor will send in another bidding form to re-bid. 8. The committee members of MSCA will decide on the basis for awarding sponsorship packages where a valid bid is not received for a package. 9. Successful bidders will subsequently be requested to confirm their bid in writing, which will facilitate MSCA raising the appropriate invoice. 10. Full payment is due at the time of notification that you are the winning bidder. 11. Sponsor has to support equipment for preliminary round in March 2021 12. All sponsors are to abide by the terms and conditions set by MSCA; to be officially notified during the award.
