Club as your location to host your special day!
Just ten minutes west of London, West Haven Golf and Country Club has earned a
reputation for being one of southwestern Ontario’s best golf courses, for its casual and
friendly atmosphere, and for being the perfect setting for special events.

Ceremony & Reception Venue
Past the front gates, up the long, winding drive is the
front of the club, with its large, striking entranceway.
The majestic stands of mature trees, picturesque
landscaping and beautiful gardens provide an exquisite
backdrop for any occasion.
Upon entering the Club House, one is struck by the
open, airy feeling of the Grand Room created by a
vaulted ceiling and wonderful views of the course.
Newly designed and decorated, the focal point of the
Grand Room is the floor to ceiling flagstone fireplace.
Just a step outside, open to more excellent views of the
grounds, is a covered patio which is perfect for gathering
outside or outdoor ceremonies.

and food tasting for 2 people for plated meals.
Basic linen colours are black, white or ivory with a
variety of coloured napkins.
The Golf Course is strictly off limits to banquet hall *All prices are subject to applicable provincial and federal
guests at all times. There are great places to take taxes. Gratuity is not included in the pricing and is up to the
convenor’s discretion. Prices are subject to change.

Includes ceremony coordination, Includes set up, tables, chairs,
set-up and tear down of chairs. linens, china, silverware etc.
Catering Services
Work with our Events Manager, Taylar, who will act as your
on-site coordinator to plan the perfect day for you and
your guests.
Our Official Dinner Menu with a variety of options is
included, however we are more than open to
suggestions or customized meals. Our Executive Chef is
very flexible and talented. He would be happy to work
with you on your menu.
West Haven Golf & CC’s are a function of the LCBO
and operate in accordance with its laws and regulations.
West Haven can accommodate most dietary restrictions.
All food allergies or dietary restrictions should be submitted 14 days prior to the event.
