AIR VENTILATION Indoor air quality can affect our productivity and wellbeing in the workplace. RATES One third of absenteeism at work is due to poor interior air quality. The air in 400 Longwater Avenue is filtered to provide 60% clean air with occupants feeling more refreshed, healthier and productive. ABOVE We have installed state-of-the-art air-quality monitors throughout the building which measure all indoor air pollutants. MATERIALS MEETING THE The use of low Volatile Organic Compounds* products and finishes helps reduce allergy-causing HIGHEST toxins, improves air quality and helps the environment. Materials used for flooring and finishes, ENVIRONMENTAL adhesives and base-build furniture — meet the highest environmental standards. We are also implementing cleaning protocols of all spaces, including regular deep cleans, as part of the operational review. Transparent envelope glazing OF provides a thermally comfortable environment and best practice daylight access, while the lighting is designed for the occupiers’ NATURAL comfort with reduced glare.
