1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1 The directors reserve the right to cancel the race
and refund all moneys collected if in their opinion
nominations are insufficient.
1.2 Entries for the race are subject to the Rules of
Racing of the Board of Racing NSW by which the
nominator agrees to be bound.
PRIZEMONEY 1.3 The Board of the Australian Turf Club reserve the
right to decline any nomination and/or acceptance
lodged with Australian Turf Club or Trainers Service
Prizemoney to be no less than
