August Fellowship
-Was a success, 20 new Ordeal members, first in-person ordeal in the nation after MarchNew Business
Sr7A Day of Giving
- 24hr fundraising campaign, competition between the lodges, raising money for the councils, date is
undecided
Rebranding Committee
- New designs were shown,
- The patches were motioned to be accepted by Donathan L., the motion was seconded by Connor W.,
before discussion, the motion was revoked. Donathan then motioned to accept the 2 patch designs with the
further feedback and input from the patch committee. The motion was seconded again by Connor W. When
put to vote, the patch was voted on with 2 nay-sayers, the motion carried and the patch designs were
submitted.
Fall Fellowship
- Similar to August Fellowship, looking to do ceremonies in small groups, looking into a second
fellowship-style event in Pleasant Grove Park, possibly the same weekend
One Day of Service
- Natural Bridge state Park, first Saturday in November
Winter Banquet
- Location and caterer are determined and ready.

Fall Fellowship
- Was a success, 28 new Ordeal members, 9 new Brotherhood members
Sr7A Day of Giving
- Was a success, Shenandoah raised over $2,300, going towards new changing station at the
waterfront. Sr7A raised over $26,000
One Day of Service
- Fantastic turnout, 46 people present. Ideas for next years are already beginning.
Momentum Spark
- First completely virtual Ordeal, 9 new candidates went through their Ordeal.
New Business
Winter Banquet
- Possibility of an in-person is up in the air again, the church may pull out of hosting, current state
mandate will only allow for 25 people. There are plans for most possible outcomes.
Rebranding Committee
- Standard Issue ap is currently in production, quantity is currently unknown.
- Story Patch, 500 in production, 258 will be numbered in display folders.
- Elangomat Flap, green border, green pallet, ghosted details

Conclave Theme
- Conclave is still heading forward as of now.
- Chapters need to have at least 1 theme at the next LEC.

A motion was made to approve the purchase of lumber (approximately $650) for new Totems and lodge

Seconded by Connor Wolfe. The motion was put to vote, no nay-sayers, the motion carried.
Mr. Lindegren closed the meeting with his Lodge Advisor’s minute, with themes of re ecting on coming
together during these busy times
Mr. Lancey closed with his Sta Advisor’s minute, focusing on thanking the members of the lodge for their
help at camp. The former totem poles that have been moved into the Dining Hall are no longer to be
referred to as totem poles, as they no longer serve the purpose of a totem pole.
