Why Students Choose LEAP LEAP is an inspiring and engaging opportunity like no other. For over 14 years, LEAP Week has been held at the prestigious UCLA campus in Los Angeles, CA. Our motivational summer program for young adults, aged 15 to 25, provides high school and college students as well as young professionals with the knowledge, skill-set, and tools to achieve success in their personal and professional lives. Every LEAP student or young adult leaves our program with a lifelong support system of peers and mentors, the structure and motivation to achieve goals, and life skills to help them succeed in any career field.
What You Can Expect Each day, students will have the opportunity to experience top speakers and professionals on our online platform, and be coached by our small group leaders, all of whom have graduated from LEAP Week and gone on to achieve incredible goals. Each participant will be able to build a sense of community and long-lasting networks with their diverse small group of other students from around the United States and world. Small groups will meet twice each day, after sessions, to talk about the content they are learning and to reflect on their experience, ensuring all students are understanding how to implement new skills learned. LEAP Week prepares participants to work with different individuals, support each other’s goals, and hone the skills crucial for success.
