       EXECUTIVE                The Boulder Group is pleased to exclusively market for sale a single tenant net leased Kmart property located within the Cincinnati

       LOCATION                 Harrison is a city in Hamilton County, Ohio. The city is located within the Cincinnati
       OVERVIEW:                Metropolitan Statistical Area. As of the 2010 Census, city had a population of approximately
                                10,000 people. Harrison is located approximately twenty miles northwest from downtown
                                Cincinnati along the Ohio-Indiana border. Harrison boasts unprecedented population

                                Cincinnati is a city in the U.S. state of Ohio that serves as county seat of Hamilton County. The larger Cincinnati metropolitan area had a
