Casa Matteucci A place rich in history and traditions equipped with all modern comforts: wifi, air-conditioning, centralised music system and sat. TV. Casa Matteucci offers elegant accommodations renovated with extreme care for details. Outdoor facilities feature a beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers and deck chairs, a superb alfresco dining area with BBQ and a romantic jasmine gazebo perfect to enjoy a refreshing cocktail while watching the sunset. The two floor farmhouse offers accommodation full of charm with rustic yet elegant details, such as the original terracotta floors and wooden beamed ceilings. Ground floor: a huge living room with sat.TV and DVD player and a comfortable leisure room with sofas and board games. The beautiful living room has access to the outside dining area and to the park. The kitchen is fully equipped with a centre island perfect for cooking lessons. On this floor there is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. First floor: 5 luxury bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Every bedroom has a queen size bed except one where it is possible to have twin beds (can be converted into Queen).. Every bedroom has air conditioning, heating system and a safe. Some bedrooms overlook the pond, others the garden, swimming pool and olive groves. Every bathroom has a shower and some a bath tub. Casa Matteucci is located in the famous area of Vorno: a gracious small village at the foot of Mount Pisano, which separates Lucca from Pisa. A place rich in history and beautiful nature: small streams, breath-taking landscapes and amazing panoramas. This particular area of the Lucca countryside offers many outdoor activities: hiking (Pizzorne and Mount Pisano), tours of the historical Villas such as Villa Reale, fitness trails (Marlia), nature reserves (Gherardesca lake, WWF Bottaccio oasis), thermal baths (San Giuliano Terme). Horseback riding lovers will be delighted to enjoy a ride in the wild, just a 10 minute drive away, in a beautiful horse farm. For tennis and golf players, an exclusive Tennis & Golf Club is just a 5 minute drive away. A relaxing but also entertaining vacation in a landscape full of history. The historic centre of Lucca is just 8 km away, a town famous for it's medieval walls, also known as the town of the 100 Churches. A hidden gem where time seems to stand still with small typical shops full of local products and groceries. The town hosts the annual Lucca Summer Music Festival which is held during the month of July. Pisa airport and its historic centre are only 22 km away, Florence just a 45 minute drive or train ride and Sienna is just over 1 hours drive away. The vast, sandy and world-famous Versilia coastline is just a 20 minute drive away. The area is famous for the top quality restaurants, amusing nightlife and various designer boutiques. Also within easy reach is the Cinque Terre and Portofino, and with the high speed train connections from Florence, you can spend the day in Bologna, Rome or Milan.

To experience a concert at Piazza Napoleone located within the walls of Lucca and surrounded by beautiful buildings, and
towering elm trees is something very unique and special.
We have enjoyed a number of amazing concerts over the past few years- such as Elton John, Mark Knophler, Robbie Williams,
Tom Jones with Van Morrison and Simply Red - just to name a few .
You can sense that each artist enjoys the setting, the people and the warmth of a summer night in Tuscany. Concerts are held in
the evening, giving you the benefit of being able to explore Lucca and the surrounding areas during the day, or you can just
relax around the pool at the villa.
The majority of concerts are seated and we aim to secure premium VIP seating for our guests wherever possible. We provide
private return transfers to the concert. The schedule of artists is expected to be released between November 2019 and February
2020 :
