Points of Success 2021 We are excited to unveil a new non-competitive program for Johnston County 4-H members! The goal of this program is to increase participation in our program, provide an opportunity for youth to be recognized for their efforts in a non-competitive environment and to increase the level of achievement in 4-H members thru increased involvement in club, county, district and state activities. The youth who participate in this program will be recognized and awarded at our annual 4-H achievement program in January 2022.
