■ITB Berlin NOW Exhibitor Packages and prices Please choose your package from the following three options. Please check what is included in each package before applying. FROM JANUARY 16 FROM JANUARY 16 FROM JANUARY 16 EUR 300 EUR 4,050 EUR 9,000 *In case you prefer to pay in JPY, the amount will be calculated by TTS rate as of 26 February, 2021. *The prices above will be paid to ITB Berlin NOW organizer as exhibiting fee. ⚫ The All-in Package is aimed at all companies that want to take advantage of maximum visibility and all products of ITB Berlin NOW. In this package, in addition to the standard functions, it is possible to organize all sales processes and activities in the back office as well as detailed statistics on user behavior in your own profile. Those who book this package get the most out of their appearance. ⚫ The Plus Package is aimed at companies who want to know about the profiles of their platform visitors. With an investment of only 3,000.00 EUR they receive a medium-sized brand card, can describe up to 10 products, receive 10 tickets and view a database of the users of their profile directly on the platform. ⚫ The Starter Package offers for little investment visibility of the logo, 3 product entries, 5 tickets, access to networking and the conference. It is exactly the right package for all those who want to be on the platform to participate in networking, Show Floor and conference at lower costs. See next page for more information 3
■Details on each menu content Details of each content menu is as below. Some contents are only included in certain package. ⚫ Brand Card : The Brand Card is an interactive exhibitor profile. It bundles the important information of the exhibitor. It offers interactive possibilities and the larger and more content it is designed, the better the companies and their products can be seen and found. Appointments can be requested directly via the Brand Card and immediate networking is only a mouse click away. The design is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Depending on the size, videos, photos and PDFs can be added here. Also included: Video calls with company employees. With the all-in packages, an employee can be contacted directly in the Brand card (without an extra click). Media upload: Sound and video files can be integrated into all Brand Cards, as well as PDFs. See p.5~ for more details ⚫ Tickets : Staff who will be accessing the platform must have one ticket per person. Depending on the package size, the company receives a certain number of tickets or accesses to use the platform. The company can give these tickets to its own employees or to customers. ⚫ Networking : Instant networking during the four days of ITB Berlin NOW with all platform users, speakers and other exhibitors via chat and audio/video calls, planning of individual or group meetings in the platform, screen sharing, instant video calls, private text chats. The networking functionality is offered to all companies that book a Brand Card. With the Discovery Graph, users can find the right contacts from thousands of participants and get in touch with them directly. Here, interest-based suitable contacts are also suggested to open up new business. Intelligent filters and matchmaking support the efficient search. Additionally, business cards can be saved and favorites can be marked. See p.9~ for more details ⚫ ITB Berlin Convention Access :The ITB Berlin 2021 program discusses and anticipates the future of the global travel industry. A comprehensive supporting program will take place on all four days. All platform participants will have access to live conferences with top national and international speakers, live or recorded sessions on all topics that are currently moving and advancing the travel industry. ⚫ Video on demand access : Here users can call up and watch videos according to their wishes. This offer will be available until May 31, 2021. ⚫ Profile Visits : (Included only in All-in and Plus Package) Depending on the Brand Card or exhibitor package, companies can see who has visited their profile. Here there is the possibility to see the visitors on the platform or to export it as CSV file. ⚫ Real-time lead reporting viewable in back office : (Included only in All-in Package) If you book the package All-In, you can see the sales activities of your team in real time here. Tracking of user activities in your company profile, e.g. appointment requests or statistical information about who visited the company session (if there is one). ⚫ Statistics after the event : (Included only in All-in Package) Extensive viewer and user statistics. 4
■Brand Card What it is Individual company information including company’s name, logo, individual background, contact info, website, address, employees, Social Media, website links, and media uploads. ■Show Floor What it is • Overview of all exhibitors of ITB Berlin NOW • There are three different sizes of display depending on the chosen exhibitor package (“Starter”, “Plus”, “All-In/Destination”) • Via multiple filter and search functions users can find the perfect matches • Available 24/7 from 1 February to 31 May 2021 What you can do There are several quick selection options* in the Show Floor: • Request a meeting with an exhibitor • Register an interest in the exhibitor • Share the exhibitor Brand Cards with others • Leave a bookmark at your favorite Brand Card and get in touch later *As an exhibitor you may use the Top-Listing as add-on opportunity to increase your visibility within the Show Floor. ■ Show Floor Image See next page for more image of “Show Floor” 7

■How to apply for ITB Berlin NOW <Application> Deadline: February 10th, 2021 Japan Time 17:00(German Time 9:00) Application form:https://form.qooker.jp/Q/auto/en/ITB2021eng/ENGappli/ In the event of cancellation, please note that the following terms and conditions apply: After 10 February (Japan Time 17:00/German time 9:00): 100% of the exhibition fee will be charged ●Payment Deadline 1) After confirmation, an invoice will be sent. Please pay the required exhibition fees before the deadline. 2) A separate invoice for any additional orders or other fees will be sent to you after the exhibition. Deadline: 26 February,2021 ■Liability 1)In the event that the Organizers should decide to cancel all or any dates of the exhibition, reimbursement of exhibition fees will be handled according to Organizer rules. If the Organizers do not have provision for such reimbursements then the Japan Secretariat will reimburse each co exhibitor the exhibition fees minus the costs incurred up until the announcement of the cancellation. 2)If the Japan National Tourism Organization should decide to cancel all or any dates of the exhibition for any reasons, assessing it necessary and desirable for Japan and co exhibitors, co exhibitors are not entitled to assert claims for repayment or exemption. ■Inquiries ITB Berlin Japan Co-Exhibition Secretariat JTB Communication Design Inc.
