Fancy a new spin on a classic favourite?

(115 GRAMS)
1. Heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius U N S A LT E D B U T T E R ,

3. Stir melted butter and brown sugar until blended L I G H T LY PAC K E D
in a medium bowl. Add egg, vanilla and salt and DA R K B R O W N

5. Fold in chocolate chips. 1 TEASPOON

6. Spread the batter evenly in lined pan and bake

1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees
Celsius. Heat 2 large baking trays
in oven for 5 minutes.
2. Spread tomato paste on bread.
Top with mushrooms, tomatoes
and cheddar.
Season with pepper.
3. Place on the prepared trays.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the
bases are crisp and cheddar
melts. Top with spinach.
