Murmli-Friends
The new ski school programme for kids at the Kinderschneealm is com-
pletely tailored to the modern family, with a focus on the newest deve-
lopments in teaching children to ski – easily and safely. The Murmli
mascot leads the little ski beginners on a skiing adventureSix child-
friendly stories are told about how Murmli himself learned to ski, thus
helping the children to get to grips with the sport and with the move-
ments.
Biathlon laser station in ski lessons
During ski lessons at the Serfaus ski school, immerse yourself in the
world of a biathlon! Laser biathlon is for everyone – whether young or
old, sporty or not. Fun and variety are always top priority in ski lessons!
As shooting with a laser is completely safe, children from the age of six
can take part.

Murmli Park in the village (north of the church) is open daily from
9.30 am to 4.30 pm. “Murmli Park”, situated on a large 10,000 m²
meadow with a slight incline, is located right in the middle of
Serfaus.
Lesson times:

EXPLORERS.
Explorer days without skis! (children aged 2-3)
Play, sculpt, slide and glide in the snow without skis. Every day, there's
a new motto. Discover new adventures every day with our Murmli, visit
the Murmli Trail, learn interesting facts about snow or go on a great ride
on Murmli's snowmobile. We recommend warm winter clothing with
gloves and a hat. Don't forget your sunscreen! Please book in advance!

MURMLIREST.
Foodie experiences in the Murmlirest!
A visit to the Murmlirest is far more than just normal lunchtime super-
vision! The ski instructors eat with the children and enjoy an unforgett-
able experience with them in the hour-long lunch break. The Murmlirest
invites kids under the age of 6 on a magical journey with Murmli and the
snow ghost. The special food was tested and chosen by children, for
children. There is a new menu to choose from every day. The Murmlirest
is right next to the midway station of the Komperdellbahn and is within
easy and comfortable reach of the ski school and the Kinderschneealm.

CHILDREN BEGINNERS.
Lessons for kids with basic background knowledge (from 4 years old)
For children who have already had their first,
simple skiing experiences in the snow. Covered
magic carpets and various themed courses
allow for safe and rapid learning success in the
lower section of the Kinderschneealm.
As well as the Murmli Dance, the story of
Murmli and his friends will be told in the
daily activity programme.
We also offer all-day supervision with the
unique foodie experience in our own
Murmlirest! The weekly ski race takes place
every Friday.
Lessons for kids who have mastered the snowplough
For children who have already had skiing les-
sons or who can already do a simple snowp-
lough. The things they learned will once again
be practiced at the Kinderschneealm on the
various courses and after just a few hours they
will set off on the Murmli Friends Trail on the
blue piste outside of the Kinderschneealm.
The children will learn how to use chair lifts
and drag lifts and then, over the Bear Piste,
they will head out again through the Murmli
Trail. As well as the Murmli Dance, the story
of Murmli and his friends will be told in the
daily activity programme.

Cross the Murmli Trail, the Animal Park and the Bear Piste. Learn how to
use chairlifts and drag lifts and refine your ski technique in easy steps
with and without poles! The rules for the ski race at the end of the week
will also be learned and practiced.

Young Star
Skiing is cool. And freestyle is even cooler still. As well as perfecting
your ski technique, you can take a cool jump into the fascinating wide
world of freestyle skiing in our Beginners’ Snow Park. We’ll show you the
proper racing technique and how to really go the distance on skis on our
separate racing course. With our new safety programme, you’ll learn the
rules of the slopes and proper behaviour in the event of a ski accident
without all the boring theory.

We’ll hone your skiing and freestyle technique and make you the star of
the snow park, while in our diversified technique training, we’ll show

As well as having mastered the perfect ski technique, you’re a star in

11STARREST.
Foodie experiences at the Starrest!
A visit to the Starrest is far more than just normal lunchtime supervisi-
on! The ski instructors eat with the children and enjoy an unforgettable
experience with them in the hour-long lunch break. At the Starrest, the
ski instructors eat together with the Snow Star children aged 6-12 and
take the young stars on an exciting journey of discovery through the
sporty and adventurous winter world. In total, there are seven different
rooms to eat in, which are designed with scenes, exhibitions and multi-
media. In the Freestyle room, a cool graffiti skier jumps out of the wall,
and the Time Warp room is a tornado through the history of skiing. In the
Race room, the instructors and children can analyse racing scenes that
have been taken previously during ski training. The special food was
tested and chosen by children, for children. There are two menus to
choose from every day. The Starrest is right next to the midway station of
the Komperdellbahn and is within easy and comfortable reach of the ski
school and the Kinderschneealm.

The cool group ski course for kids aged 13-17
Enjoy your ski holidays with us in special youth groups (without parents,
but with lots of fun and action)!
The focus is on improving your alpine ski technique! In addition to
freeriding, freestyling and trail skiing, great fun with a wide range of
fun sports equipment such as Snowfox, Skifox, and much more is gua-
ranteed.

In the special new Snowboard Beginners’ Course in the lower section of
the existing Beginners’ Circus Serfaus, you can learn to snowboard much
more easily with the help of various ramps, boxes, wave tracks, obstacles
and a carousel! Using this learning method, lessons are possible for kids
from the age of 5!

RESERVING PRIVATE LESSONS
After receiving your private reservation, we will send you a written private pre-reservation
with your booking details incl. a payment link, via which you can securely and conveniently
make the payment for the prescribed amount for your private course via credit card (Visa,
MasterCard). Should you not be able to pay via credit card, you can also pay by bank transfer.
After the payment has arrived, we will fix your reservation and once again confirm your
booking details in writing. Without payment, we reserve the right to change the reservation
according to our availability. Please also note our cancellation conditions.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellations of LONG-TERM reservations for private ski instructors must be received at
least 14 days before the beginning of the course. However, if cancellation takes place later
than this, the Serfaus Ski School is entitled to demand the agreed tariff to the extent of a full
daily rate. Cancellations of SHORT-TERM reservations for private ski instructors must be
received by no later than 4 pm on the evening before the lesson. However, if the cancellati-
on takes place later than this, the Serfaus Ski School is entitled to demand the agreed tariff to
the extent of a full daily rate.
Private courses which are not paid for in advance are not FIXED RESERVATIONS.

SKI gifts wooden box with a sliding lid
The SKI gifts wooden box is made from natural birch wood. The ski
school logo is burnt into the sliding lid and a separate opening strip is
attached. The internal dimensions of the wooden box are L x W x H =
300 x 210 x 50 mm.

Personal Adventure Night
Experience Adventure Night in a very different way and take a glimpse behind
the scenes of the production for Adventure Night together with an
expert of Ski School Serfaus. After an exciting tour and small talk
together, follow the show from a completely different perspective

Cool Kids Special
Together with a professional snow sport instructor, your child designs
their day exclusively, including the foodie experience in the Starrest.
They decide themself whether they want to go to the Freestyle Park, to 299,–
try out diverse fun sports equipment or to use other adventure attrac-
tions such as the Schneisenfeger, the Serfauser Sauser, the indoor play
and climbing world PlayIn, etc.

21GENERAL INFORMATION.
A minimum number of participants (4 people) is required for group courses
and for alternative sport courses. It is possible to combine groups if there
are fewer than 4 people. No group courses are held on Saturday. Private
courses are available daily on request. We also offer special packages for a
smaller number of people.
We assume no liability for accidents during ski lessons. Redeemed course
tickets will only be taken back in the case of an accident or illness with
a medical certificate, and only the difference will be refunded.
Ski school tickets are not transferable and days that have not been used
will expire. If the lifts are not in operation, for whatever reason, there
will be no refund. Events like, for example, the awards ceremony, ani-
mation, etc. count as part of the regular ski lessons and can take place
during lesson time.
