The receipts verify the funds you received were used to purchase the items requested in the Supportive Service Request. tanf Valentine’s Day Cream Puffs Ingredients: 2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix 3 2 cups heavy cream 1 cup milk 1/2 cup butter 1 cup water 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup all-purpose flour 4 eggs Prep: 30 mins Yield: 20 to 25 cream puffs Directions: Step 1 – Mix together vanilla instant pudding mix, cream and milk. Cover and refrigerate to set. Step 2 – Preheat over to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C.) Step 3 – In large pot, bring water and butter to a rolling boil. Stir in flour and salt until the mixture forms a ball. Transfer the dough to a large mixing bowl. Using a wooden spoon or stand mixer, beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Step 4 – Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown. Centers should be dry. Step 5 – When the shells are cool, either split and fill them with the pudding mixture, or use a pastry bag to pipe the pudding into the shells. Family Wellness 2021 Year of Hope Come Join Us February 11, 2021 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm (Zoom) & February 18, 2021 from 10:00am - 11:00am (Zoom) Participants will have the opportunity to discuss the struggles and barriers we all have been facing in these times of COVID-19 and the creek fires. We will celebrate our strengths and achievements with staying positive and also celebrate the hopes we have for the new year. Participants will be provided with a white bison tag to draw or write encouraging word. These tags then will be returned to the Family Wellness office prior to the February 14th Zoom to be displayed in our lobby. Open to eligible Native American families residing in the NFRTT service areas. All families who complete the Zoom activity of returning the white bison tags, and paperwork will automatically receive a mystery incentive. Interest list will be first come first served. We are so proud of you! In January of 2020 Jennifer created a vision board while attending a Family Wellness event reviewing “Goal Setting and New Year’s Resolutions. With help of her two boys, she explained to the crowd her desire of obtaining full-time employment and losing 100 pounds through diet and exercise. Before the year ended the determined single mother achieved both goals. Jennifer celebrates her one-year anniversary as a contractor with the United States Post Office this month and has lost 100 pounds. Jennifer, you’re journey is very inspiring, we look forward to seeing continued success for you and your family in 2021! 1919
