Important Information BSZ Conformation Show 2021 1. Bookable Categories of Parking Spaces and Entrance Tickets The booking period for parking spaces for exhibitors starts simultaneously with the registration of dogs, dated April 06th, 2021, and will expire on June 28, 2021. Along with tickets for parking spaces also tickets to the stadium can be purchased. As a result of the pandemic, the allocation of the individual seating will be carried out from the beginning of the month of July 2021. You will at any rate secure your tickets for seating in the desired category for the entire event while arranging for the registration(s) of your dog(s). Exhibitors enjoy preferential access to parking spaces for vehicles with trailers. Only one parking space per registered dog can be booked. Tickets for parking and entrance to the stadium can be booked when the period for dog registration starts. After the period for dog registrations will have expired the sale of the still remaining tickets will begin. Please note: Two kinds of seating categories are available on the grandstand: • Business seats (upholstered leather seats, with access to the VIP area) • Seating on the grandstand (plastic seat shells, without access to the VIP area) In order to keep the distances between the parking spaces and the seating as short as possible, the following parking spaces are only sold in combination with entrance tickets for the grandstand: • Parking Spaces S1 only reserved for parking of passenger cars/ motor vehicles, optionally with 2 business seats (VIP) or 2 respectively 3 seats on the grandstand. • Parking Spaces S2 reserved for parking with trailers, optionally with 2 business seats (VIP) or 2 respectively 3 seats on the grandstand. • Parking Spaces S6 reserved for parking with trailers, optionally with 2 business seats (VIP) or 2 respectively 3 seats on the grandstand. • Parking Spaces S8 reserved for parking with trailers, optionally with 2 business seats (VIP) or 2 respectively 3 seats on the grandstand. In addition to the above mentioned the following options for parking are available which can be purchased with or without an entrance ticket to the stadium on the opposite stand. • Parking Spaces S3 parking only for passenger cars/ motor vehicles, optionally with 0 to 4 seats on the opposite stand of the stadium. • Parking Spaces S4 parking reserved for vehicles with trailers, optionally with 0 to 4 seats on the opposite stand of the stadium. • Parking Spaces S7 reserved for vehicles with trailers, optionally with 0 to 4 seats on the opposite stand of the stadium. • Camping 8x8 metres from Wednesday on, optionally with 0 to 4 seats on the opposite stand of the stadium Please note: in 2021 spaces are only available from Wednesday on and with the dimensions of 8x8 metres.
Please note that for animal protection related reasons dogs may not be left behind on the parking spaces. By the same token, dogs may never be left behind in a closed vehicle at hot temperatures and sunshine. Inspections will be carried out on a regular basis and punished in case of infringement. Entrance Tickets Since the pandemic related personal allocation of seating cannot be carried out by the time when the registration of the dogs starts, we are planning to leave three empty seats between all bookable seats (analogous National League scheme) which will lead to a high reduction in terms of the availability of seats on the grandstand (in particular in terms of the business seats). In case that the conditions prevailing by that time will allow for a different kind of seating we will inform you accordingly in due time. Nevertheless, seating in the desired category is guaranteed when booked at the beginning of the period for dog registrations. The exact allocation of seats for the individual bookings will be carried out in July 2021. Every customer will be notified on an individual basis in due time. Please note: • The rules for social distancing and hygienic guidelines as listed under section three of this information bulletin apply on all stands at the stadium. • The tickets booked for seating are valid during the entire event and may not be exchanged – neither may spectators move on adjacent seats. • The instructions as given by the security staff need to be adhered to at any time. • The registration confirmation is not tantamount to an entrance ticket. Please kindly understand that we cannot offer reduced entrance for children, teenagers as well as disabled persons in 2021 since the increased requirements in terms of hygienic- and infection protection measures do not allow for it. Parking for wheelchair users can be purchased upon presentation of a disability certificate at the central office of the HG in Augsburg. Please kindly send a copy your disability card to bsz@schaeferhunde.de . 2. Hygenics and Social Distancing: During the event the stipulations as laid down in the infection protection regulations of the state of Bavaria (BayIfSMV) need to be strictly complied with by all exhibitors and visitors. From today’s view this implies: • All persons on the premises of the stadium need to keep a minimum distance of 1,5 metres. • Wherever the minimum distance cannot be complied with, all persons involved need to wear an oronasal mask – preferably the FFP2 type. • During the entire event no physical contact among people is permitted. • In the area of catering and restaurants all requirements in terms of the then valid infection protection regulations of the state of Bavaria need to be strictly adhered to, masks have to be worn in particular in the indoors area on all ways, for instance bathrooms, the buffets, and while leaving the dining tables, always under consideration of the minimum distance toward
other persons. In order to ensure the traceability of the guests present, a contact and guest register shall be kept. Please kindly carry masks – preferably the FFP2 type – with you during the entire event. Depending on the development of the pandemic further measures can be taken either by the event organizer or become necessary based on amended legal requirements, such as the requirement for a certificate of a negative Corona test or other verifications. We shall inform you well in time if this is the case. 3. Requirements for Parking Areas Depending on the kind of parking spaces booked the modalities differ.
