Board of Directors T. Gregory Hawkins, P.Geo., Chairman to the Board of Directors Mr. Hawkins has been involved in the mining exploration and investment industry since 1969. He has been variously responsible for the identification and/or delineation of 10 mineral deposits in Canada, USA, Chile, Ghana, Mali and Zäire (DRC) with 7 deposits taken to production. David McMillan, Director, President, Interim CEO Mr. McMillan has been involved in the mining and financial markets for over 40 years and has, since his retirement from the securities industry in 2000, held numerous director and executive roles in public and private companies. Christopher O. Naas, P.Geo., Director, Chief Operating Officer Mr. Naas has over 34 years’ experience in the mineral exploration field in Canada, USA, South America and Africa and brings extensive experience in the supervision of mineral exploration programs in that have successfully developed mineral resources from grassroot prospects. Faizaan Lalani, Independent Director, Chair of Audit Committee Mr. Lalani is an Accounting/Finance professional with over 10 years of experience covering auditing, financial reporting, corporate finance, and operations management, Faizaan also founded his own apparel company, successfully selling the brand across North America over the last four years. Recently, Faizaan was instrumental in a multi-million dollar raise for a privately held company through various US offerings. Prior to this, he worked in the audit and assurance group at PwC, where he obtained his CA,CPA designation, gaining experience in both the public and private sectors. Faizaan currently is on several board positions for both private and public companies. Samir Patel, Independent Director, Chair of Governance Committee Mr. Patel is a securities lawyer with over 11 years of experience in securities and corporate law, particularly in relation to M&A transactions, continuous disclosure requirements, corporate governance and equity financings. He is currently General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at First Mining Gold Corp., a gold exploration and development mining company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, and has been with First Mining Gold since June 2016. Thane Property: Mat Area – Historic Results • Multiple quartz-carbonate sulphide viens • Prior exploration from the 1970’s;s through to the 1990’s reported a total of 41 chip samples from an exposed vein over 230 meters with an overall grade of 746 g/t Ag. • Follow-up drilling during this period resulted in 2 holes returning grades from 165 g/t Ag to 468 g.t Ag. • Further sampling resulting in grades as high as 1140 g/t Ag, .51% Cu, 1.79% Lead and 2.59% Zinc. • In 2015, after the airborne survey indicated a 1 kilometer by .5 kilometer magnetic feature, Thane Minerals (now 100% owned by IMC) took confirmation chip samples that returned values up to 4950 g/t Ag, 1.5% Cu, 3.3% Lead and 1.2% Zinc. 26 CSE: IMCX | OTCQB: IMIMF | FRA: 3MX | March 2021
