3. REGISTRATION Licenses: Only competitors and team officials with a valid IFSC international license are allowed to register for the competition. IFSC Online Registration System: https://ifsc.results.info/users/login Pre-registration: In order to support the efficient organisation of the competitions, it is very important that National Federations register participants to the competitions as early as possible. Online Technical Meeting: (as per the Addendum to IFSC Rules) A representative from each participating Member Federation shall participate to the online Technical meeting lead by the IFSC Technical Delegate. Date: 25 August 2021 Time: 2:00 PM (UTC+2) Link: here 4. PRE-EVENT REGULATIONS All athletes and team officials are recommended to have insurance coverage, covering hospitalization and all other medical coverage if required due to COVID-19 and possible repatriation back to their home country. The IFSC will not be responsible for any of these costs. 5. CONFIRMATION OF ATTENDANCE (as per the Addendum to IFSC Rules) Participation of all Team Members shall be confirmed upon arrival to location to the IFSC Technical Delegate by phone or via email in the 24 hours period between 31 August at 11:59 PM (UTC +2) and 1 September at 11:59 PM (UTC+2). COVID- testing and Registration (update) Your accreditation will be given under the following conditions: - Or by presenting negative COVID-19 PCR test (taken no more than 72 hours prior to the arrival day) to the COVID-19 Delegate, at upon arrival/registration at the event - Or by presenting a proof of vaccination (see Appendix 1) - Or by presenting an antigenic test done 48 hours before September 3rd 6. HOW TO GET TO KRANJ By car: the city of Kranj is located 25 km north of Ljubljana (capital of Slovenia) By train: station of Kranj, 2 km from the venue By air: Ljubljana airport, located 8 km from the centre of Kranj, then shuttle bus (every hour) to the venue, or by taxi 8. RESPONSE PROTOCOL IN CASE OF POSITIVE RAPID TEST OR SUSPECTED CASE OF COVID-19 In any case (symptoms or positive test) the team manager has to inform immediately the COVID-19 Outbreak Response Coordinator Doctor and the Technical Delegate. APPENDIX I: TRAVEL INFORMATION Procedures on how to enter in Slovenia (as of August 29nd 2021) Important links for information on traveling to Slovenia: www.traveldoc.aero https://www.policija.si/enterslovenia/en Covid-19 Form Required: Passengers must submit a completed European Digital Passenger Locator Form (dPLF) prior to arrival. This does not apply to crew members or passenger in transit, provided staying within the international transit area of the airport. Covid-19 Quarantine on Arrival: 10 days on arrival. Passengers may end quarantine by presenting a negative PCR test taken on the fifth day of quarantine. This requirement to quarantine does not apply to: 1. Passengers holding a negative PCR test obtained within 72 hours prior to arrival; 2. Passengers holding a negative rapid antigen test obtained within 48 hours prior to arrival, provided the test is on the EU common list of rapid antigen tests; 3. Passengers holding a certificate of positive PCR test result older than 10 days, though not older than 6 months or a medical certificate confirming that they have recovered from Covid-19 and that more than six months have elapsed since the onset of symptoms; 4. Passengers holding proof of a Covid-19 vaccination demonstrating that at least 7 days have elapsed since the second dose of the COMIRNATY Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, at least 14 days since the second dose of the Moderna Covid-19 vaccine, the CoronaVac vaccine by Sinovac Biotech, the Covid-19 vaccine by Sinopharm, the Sputnik V vaccine, the Johnson and Johnson Covid-19 Vaccine Janssen, or 21 days since the first dose of the AstraZeneca Vaxzevria or Covishield Covid-19 vaccine; 5. Passengers holding a positive PCR test result or a medical certificate certifying that they have recovered from Covid-19 and that more than 6 months have elapsed since the onset of symptoms, and proof of one dose of any vaccine mentioned above administered within 8 months of the issuance of the positive PCR test result; 6. Passengers holding an EU Digital Covid-19 certificate in digital or paper form, bearing a QR code, containing a negative PCR or rapid antigen test, a certificate of vaccination, a certificate of recovery, or a certificate of vaccination for passengers who have recovered from Covid-19; 7. Passengers holding an Digital Covid certificate of a third country in digital or paper form, bearing a QR code, that contains the same data as the EU Digital Covid certificate and is issued in English by the competent health authority of a third country; 8. Passengers holding proof that they are vaccinated with a combination of two different vaccines; 9. Passengers involved in the transportation of goods; 10. 11. Passengers aged 14 years or younger who are accompanied by a parent or guardian, provided the accompanied member has not been put under quarantine or refused entry to Slovenia. A signed consent form is required from the parents or guardian; 12. Passengers who own or lease land for the purpose of carrying out agricultural or forestry work, provided returning within 10 hours, including their family members and registered residents at the same address; 13. Cross-border migrant workers who are employed in an EU Member State or a Schengen Area country, provided returning within 5 days. These passengers must present proof of employment. Test results and proof of vaccinations are accepted if obtained in an EU or Schengen Area member state, Australia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, Israel, New Zealand, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, the United Kingdom, or the United States. A vaccination from a country outside of those listed previously must contain the passengers name, surname, date of birth, unique identifier of the person, type of vaccine received and information on the institution that issued the certificate.
