NORTH HIGH WEEKLY Friday, Feb. 25 NORTH HIGH SCHOOL 2022 -NORTH HIGH WEEKLY - The next meeting for the All Night Party Committee will be held on Monday March 14th at 5:30 PM in the Teacher’s Lounge at North. Please contact Patti Bell with any questions! BIG NEWS! 2022 ALL NIGHT GRADUATION PARTY IS MOVING BACK TO NORTH HIGH SCHOOL The All Night graduation party is moving back to North High School after the graduation ceremony on Thursday, May 26th! Bringing it back to North will ensure higher attendance in a safe and fun environment for our graduates to celebrate. WE NEED YOUR HELP All parents, grandparents, alumni and friends are encouraged to volunteer and to donate to make this year’s party a success. Our costs will be increased this year because we must purchase games, supplies and decorations that will be reused for future parties now that we are back at North after almost a decade at Action City. We will have numerous ways you can volunteer! We are looking for around 90 volunteers the night of the event - and encourage parents of North Husky Freshmen, Sophomore and Juniors to help as well. Starting this precedent now will help future parties succeed. Be on the lookout closer to the event for details and a link to sign up for a shift. A volunteer form and background check must be completed and approved before volunteering. Please join us on February 7th at 5:30 p.m. in the staff lounge at North if you are interested in helping on a committee before the event. A list of committees that will start now will be discussed, as we divide and conquer to make this party a success. Our goal is to raise $20,000-$25,000 this year. The Eau Claire Foundation raises funds from businesses that is split between North and Memorial. The rest is donated from parents and other sources. If you would like to donate or sponsor a prize or entertainment, please contact Patti Bell, All Night Party Chair. We are open to ideas on raising funds; please share them with us on February 7th. If you would like to sponsor an event or donate a prize, please let me know. Keep in mind, this party is funded and operated 100 percent on volunteers and donations!
