NAINA 2020 Leadership Conference Conference Overview and Target Audience This conference is designed for all professionals in healthcare and healthcare students. The overall purpose is to augment the knowledge, understanding and appreciation of self-care, workplace safety, and resilience for nurses and other healthcare professionals. It will highlight the significance of the nurses’ roles from the bedside to the boardroom and to appreciate their leadership in promoting health for themselves and others to build a healthy nation.
