Meeting… Michael Fuerstman He may be the son of a seasoned hotelier, but the hospitality industry didn’t initially come calling for Michael Fuerstman. Here, the co-founder and Creative Director of Pendry Hotels & Resorts tells of the winding path to uncovering his passion.
