                      Overview and Corporate Strategic Partners Overview
Hollywall Development Company LLC., (HWDC) was awarded an $82,300,000, 30-year contract by the city
of Mount Vernon to supply Police Radios in conjunction with Motorola. The awarded contract also entails
HWDC to provide Mount Vernon an upgraded and replacement of their current public safety radio
communications network, with a City-Wide Fiber Optic Broadcasting and Communications Network and
Operational Management Services with minimum disruption of their current network.

The new city-wide Network will provide to Mount Vernon:
•     A turnkey, state-of-the-art, public safety radio communications network.
•     Enhance coverage and reliability.
•     Seamless integration with federal, state, and local law enforcement and first responders in the region.
•     Seamless interagency radio system to support mission critical communications within the City of
      Mount Vernon.
•     Warranty and maintenance of the network for a period of, at minimum, ten years.
•     Technical support for a period of, at minimum, ten years.

THE HWDC TEAM developed a unique solution to MT Vernon. It would provide Radios and then Trench
Fiber on every street and pass every home.

•      Two Networks can be run at the same time: a city owned fiber for radios and Smart City technology.
•      Fiber to the home allowing carriers to lease space and have access to every home.

HWDC Team is designing, building and funding this great solution and will help Light the Future for MT
Vernon. HWDC TEAM will operate the system and recover funds over 32 Years by leasing conduits.

•      MT Vernon Police Radios were going to be deactivated by Verizon due to new technology.
•      MT Vernon Schools were sending technology home with kids, but they couldn’t use it due to slow internet.

HWDC in conjunction with Corbel Communication Industries is leading the installation of Microtrenching
Fiber Optic Networks in San Antonio, Texas and throughout the Nation for Google and other nationwide
telecommunications network providers. Microtrenching is considered an accelerated, cost-effective solution
for trenching and installing fiber optic cable and conduits…a process which telecommunications and utility
contractors are increasingly turning to, especially in congested urban areas where less disruptive methods for
installation is mandatory.

measurement period. The appraisal amount is based on a gross valuation of $78,811,503 net of tax
effect of $31,524,601 for a net after tax valuation of $47,286,902. The company believes its music
assets are undervalued. A new Valuation of Hollywall Music Library, based upon recent licensing

continued growth of the company's operations, expected revenues and banking partnerships.

The Company has furthered its engagement of varies legal and accounting professional firms in support

HWAL has issued 1,250,000 of common stock to the Company's existing Employee Stock Option Plan,
(ESOP).

Each share of common stock owned no later than November 20, 2017, the Shareholder shall be entitled
to receive a 3-tiered warrant. The A warrant shall be exercisable for 30 days from the pay date of
November 20, 2017 and gives the holder of each share of common the right to buy 3 additional shares of
common at $.85 directly from the Company.

The A warrant will exist to exercise for 30 days, and immediately becomes a B warrant that is exercisable
for 1 share of additional common shares for every share then owned at an exercise price of $2.00 per
share for the period of the next 60 days.

The B warrant right ends and becomes a C warrant right that allows each shareholder of record to
purchase an additional share of common for each common share then owned at $5.00 for an additional
period of 90 days after expiration of the B warrant period.
Along with the multi-tiered warrants, the Company has created several new Preferred series of equity
securities, at least one of which, it envisions will become a totally separate trading security in the
marketplace. These will be the vehicles proposed to be used for all fund raising in the future. The
Company at this time is considering the possibility of including before year end a total tender offer for all
of its currently issued and outstanding common stock.

HWAL will continue to work with the investment banking community and intends to release further
detail regarding the structure and timing of the tender offer for all common shares and other anticipated
benefits for all of its shareholders.
