                          Welcome Our New Ombudsman
Let’s give a warm welcome to our new Ombudsmen, Michael Ragsdale and
Lisa Sonia. The Ombudsman is a new role at Cleveland Clinic Martin Health.

The Ombudsman is defined as one who investigates reported complaints, reports
findings and helps achieve equitable resolutions. Our Ombudsman office resolves
problems that may arise during a course of treatment and serves as the liaison
between Cleveland Clinic and the patient.

Please continue to direct patients that express frustration in any area of our health
system to that department leader. If leaders are unable to address the patients
concern, they will elevate it to the ombudsman directly.

Thank you for all you do for our patients, families and caregivers. Your kindness
never goes unnoticed and we appreciate each of you and value your time.

We wish you a happy and healthy New Year!
