AMPHITHEATER For the ceremony we offer a great place for an unforgettable day, with a casual and unique atmosphere surrounded by unspoiled nature. The Amphitheater rental is exclusively proposed with one of our packages.
WEDDING AREAS For the continuation of the celebration you will enjoy our wedding areas with private entrance. The cocktail reception will take place at our exclusive Eivissa Terrace with fantastic Mediterranean views and the surrounding cliffs. You will have a t your disposal and in exclusivity the whole of our wedding areas.
Your pack.. You ask us, and we will adapt to your wishes. Our resort accomodates events for a minimum of 50 people and a maximum of 150. We propose two different packages for your magic day: COCKTAIL PARTY · Amphitheater for the ceremony 2 000€ · Cocktail menu including drinks, tapas and canapés 150€ per person · Private Terrace for the cocktail is included in Cocktail Party package We propose a children menu (2-12 years old) for 75€ per child This package allows you to have the party at night or enjoy your evening in some other place of the island at your choice after the cocktail, as it does not include a formal dinner. You will have the terrace available for a maximum of 1 hour and a half after the ceremony in the amphitheater. A normal wedding organization would be as follow: Arrival of guests Ceremony (30 min - 1 hour) Cocktail reception (1,5 hours) We take care of organizing the following details: - Reception of guests and the assistance of a wedding coordinator before and during the event - Ceremony set up with cushions and ceremony table - Decoration with flowers in the terrace following our high standards - Microphone and sound system in ceremony and terrace
FULL WEDDING EXPERIENCE · Amphitheater for the ceremony 2 000€ · Reception cocktail including drinks, tapas and canapés followed by: · Dinner. Create your menu from our propositions of menu (with one starter, sorbet, main course, dessert, cake) including drinks 235€ per person · Private area for the celebration 2 500€ We propose a children menu (2-12 years old) for 50€ per child. · Optional: open bar for party. The first 2 hours at 65€ per person. You can add 1 extra hour with a cost of 32€ per person. Direct payment of guests for their drinks is not permitted. A normal wedding organization would be as follow: Arrival of guests Ceremony (30 min - 1 hour) Cocktail reception (45 min) Dinner (2:00h / 3:00h) Open bar and Disco, optional (from 2 hours. With option to add 1 extra hour. Open bar hours will start after dinner finishes and the area must be dismantled after the total hours arranged have completed). We take care of organizing the following details: - Reception of guests and the assistance of a wedding coordinator before and during the event - Ceremony set up with cushions and ceremony table - Decoration with flowers in the terrace and banquet tables following our high standards - Menu card, seating plan and sitting names - Microphone and sound system in ceremony, terrace and banquet area - Screen and beamer in banquet area for video or photographic presentation
STANDARD EVENT CONDITIONS After the contract signing we offer and adivse all our fiancés supplementary services for your wedding: photographer, hairdresser, florist, dj, transport,.. to facilitate your organization; they are professionals who work regularly with the resort. You have the possibility to privatize the whole resort. Please ask our events coordinator for possible dates. We offer the decoration of the tables and terrace courtesy: flowers, candles by our high standards. Any extras and personal preferences will have to be taken into care by the fiancés. Any music, installation or performance must be accepted previously bu the events coordinator. It is not authorized to perform any live music or a Dj on the outdoor terrace. Dj is possible in the indoor party areas. Please be aware of specific regulation on the sound restriction due to the Balearic law. The volume within the resort is restricted based on timing and location. Depending on the schedule of your wedding and on the open bar hours arranged, the cut off time is maximum at 3:00am. The use of drones for photos or videos is not permitted. We love nature and we like to protect it and care for it, for this reason it is not allowed to have fire, fireworks or similar. It is prohibited to have hellium balloons. The ceremony in the Amphitheater and other outdoor areas are subject to change in case of bad weather. Accomodation is not included in our Wedding packages. We organize your wedding in our house without intermediaries. Directly between the fiancés and the events department - making the exchange of ideas a direct dialogue between us. PAYMENT CONDITIONS 40% of the proforma invoice at the event confirmation 30% of the invoice 4 months before the celebration Outstanding amount of the invoice up to 2 months before arrival Prices include 10% Vat applicable; in case of change of Vat the tax effect is applied at the time of each payment. Payment will be only accepted by bank transfer. CANCELLATION POLICY Our wedding offer is a closed, indivisible and non refundable package.
