Contact details The first step is to tell us your contact details, including your mobile number. To save time, once you’ve entered your advertiser contact information, we can pre-fill the contact details you want to give to customers. Location Have ready your property address and the name of the nearest large town and distance. You’ll also be asked to check the position of your property on a Google map. Property details In addition to a description of your property, your advertisement includes sections on its facilities and amenities. You will need to compose a short sentence to sum up what appeals to customers most about your property and let customers know your changeover day. Images and videos You have a gallery of images so there’s plenty of opportunity to show your property at its best. We recommend that you have your images ready to browse to. Each image needs a caption - another good opportunity to promote your property! (Please note that images must be landscape orientated). If you have a video of your property, you’ll need to upload it to YouTube and then paste the url into the sign-up form. Pricing You can have both weekly and short break pricing on your advertisement. Simply select the start and finish dates for each different price to build up your pricing table.
