Exhibitor Information Grand Hotel provides one eight-foot table, a red Vendor Processing tablecloth, one electrical outlet, two chairs and one wastebasket with our exhibit charge. Hospitality SUITES I t would be our pleasure to arrange for a private reception in any of our eight luxuriously appointed suites, some with private balconies overlooking the Straits of Mackinac. In-suite events may include anything from a one-hour reception, to a hospitality suite set-up for the entire length of your stay. For receptions in a suite, Grand Hotel will charge only for the food and beverage, plus a $225 per-hour bartender labor fee and a $100 cocktail waiter labor fee, if applicable. In addition, a $325 set-up fee is charged per function. For ongoing hospitality suites, Grand Hotel will provide unopened bottles of liquor, and will charge on consumption, only for the bottles opened. Unopened bottles can be returned for a full credit. In addition, there is a $200 set-up fee, per day, to set up and maintain the hospitality suite. Your convention manager will assist in curating your hospitality experience. 11 12
