Welcome to Fall 1.0 // Addison Park District Activity Guide Welcome Back! Addison Park District continues to follow the Restore Illinois Plan to reopen many of our amenities. We are excited to provide residents with more in-person programming opportunities under the Phase 4 Revitalization guidelines. Many of our community outdoor recreational opportunities have reopened over the summer including playgrounds, basketball courts, golf courses and driving range, garden plots, splash pad and more. We encourage our residents to continue to follow social distancing measures and safety protocols while visiting the parks and facilities. Because the current situation continues to change, we will release two digital guides this fall. Both guides will be available online only. The second guide will begin November & December. Please look for the activity guide on the Addison Park District website and on the Addison Park District Facebook page. If you have signed up for our email alerts, a digital copy will be in your inbox soon. We encourage residents to subscribe to our e-newsletter and check our website and Facebook peri- odically to stay informed on the status of future activities, special events, programs, and facility news. Hurry, there is still time to Take the Pulse. The online community survey will remain active for your par- ticipation until August 31. Reminder: COVID-19 Park District Wide Guidelines & Rules • Do Not Enter if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms • Wash and Sanitize your hands frequently • Wear face covering • Maintain social distancing • Follow floor arrows and markings when waiting in line • Follow all posted signs regarding rules and regulations
